Louis' POV~
I went out of the church and my cough was getting worse. Once I took my hands away from my mouth they were covered in blood, I coughed again and blood just poured out, it had never been this bad, it started a few days ago I was sick a few times and blood came out. My chest hurt so I sat down and tried to breath. My head felt really dizzy and my chest was hurting. I just remember Adelaide saying my name and sitting me against the wall, Aria running over to me and an ambulance siren.
Arias POV~
I was so scared, I had just come out of my cousins funeral and was going straight to the hospital for my boyfriend. Louis was lay on the bed and had two paramedics trying to find out what was wrong with him. The ambulance stopped and the doors flung open to reveal a few doctors, the lifted Louis into a bed and he was pushed off. We all got out and went after him, they had shut the doors to the room so we all sat down outside.
"Why are they taking so long, it was only abit of blood" I got up and started pacing back and fourth
"Sweetie it's not just abit of blood, that shouldn't happen" Liz said to me. I sat down and waited for a doctor. I asked every doctor that walked past if he was going to be okay but they didn't know anything about it. Finally a man walked out of Louis' room
"Are you here for Louis Tomlinson"
"Yes what's wrong with him" I asked shooting out of my chair
"We're not sure, had Louis been in any accidents lately?" The doctor asked
"A few weeks ago, we were in a plane crash but we didn't get injured" the doctor nodded and walked back into the room. I sat down
"What's going to happen to him" I asked Adelaide
"I don't know, just calm down" she took my hand and squeezed it "it will be okay"

It had been two hours since the doctor spoke to us and we were still waiting
"Excuse me, we have the results" I sat up and looked at the doctor
"Is he going to be okay"
"He is going to be fine" I was so relieved "but we are going to have to operate immediately"
"Why?" I asked
"It seems that in the crash Louis had taken in so much salt water that his organ isn't functioning properly, however it is fixable and he will be fine"
"Thank you, when can we see him"
"Now is you like, only for 5 minutes as he needs to go into theatre" I walked into the room to see Louis lay on his bed with wires everywhere. I sat in the chair next to him
"Louis" I said making him look at me
"Hi beautiful" he smiled "sorry that we missed the funeral"
"That's okay, it's better than losing you" I put my hand on his "I love you so much and I don't know what I'd do if I lost you and Luke in the space of a month, you have been here for me through a lot and I know we've only known each other for two months but it has been the best two months of my life" i felt a tear roll down my face and another and another until my face was covered, I felt Louis' hand wipe my eyes and I looked at him
"I love you to Aria, every second we spend together is the greatest second of my life" I kissed his lips and the doctor walked in
"I'm sorry we have to take Louis to surgery" he started to move the bed
"I love you Aria" Louis said, i could see the fear in his eyes, I held his hand
"I love you to, you'll be okay" he was wheels of and out hands were parted.'
