"Can I come in?" She asks quietly

"No" I look back down at my phone

"Of course you can, come on in" my dad ignores my words

"Can we talk?" I can feel her eyes on me

I huff and look at my dad, indicating that we should talk in private

he leaves.

"What do you want Casey?" I look up at her

"I came to aplogise, and to see how you are" She takes a seat next to me

"Well i'm fine, you can leave now" I roll my eyes at her presence

"Look, i'm sorry for acting shady and leaving you like that" She sighs

"You know, it's like there's something telling me to stay away from you. I don't know how to explain it" I stare right at her

"What are you talking about" She laughs, but not a normal laugh, a nervous one

"I think you should leave" I say, as i open a message from Jack J

"Call me when you're not pmsing" She walks out and slams the door

I know i'm doing the right thing...i just feel like there's someone or something telling me to not be friends with Casey, like she's done something unforgivable to me that i just can't remember.

it's been two months since i last spoke to Casey, two months since i last saw Jack and Jack.

Later that day after Casey left, the Jacks came to visit me to say goodbye. They had to go back to LA suddenly, i had a feeling it was something to do with my dad but never dared to ask...

Now neither of the Jacks will reply to my messages, calls or anything else.

So here i am, sitting here with my only true remaining friend, Jake.

We're currently on winter break, let me tell you it's awfully cold in London in the winter, don't get me started on the snow.

I hear the house phone ring as i run to it

"Hello?" I answer

"Hi sweetie, it's grandma" I hear the familar voice

"Hey grandma! i miss you" i take my seat back next to Jake

"I miss you too baby, i was just calling to make sure you guys are still coming to visit tomorrow"

"What are you talking about?" I ask, confused

"Has your father not told you? You, Jake and your father are coming to visit for Christmas"

Jake has always been close to my family, maybe closer to them than i am

"No he has not told me" I laugh

"Oh darnit, maybe it was supposed to be a surprise" She says, causing me to look over to Jake noticing the smirk on his face

"I think that's the case grandma" I say as i hear my dad open the house door

"Dad's home, gotta go, love you" I say hanging up before she replied

"Who was that?" My dad questions

"Grandma" I smirk at him

"Why are you looking at my like that?" I hear his american accent

"LA, huh?" I fall back onto the couch

"I'm guessing she told you then" he laughs

"You could say that" i reply as i pull the blanket back over me and Jake

So we're going to Los Angeles for winter break, Los freaking Angeles.

Wait, this could mean that i get to see Jack

I need to see him, i want answers, i want to know why he's acting like i don't exist...
