Kehlani POV I was mingling and mixing with some of my good celebrity friends. I heard a familiar voice call out to me and it was a good friend back from school . I haven't seen her in a while , man she looked beautiful than she did when we were younger .
" Oh my god Kehlani! I haven't seen you in Ages!" She said as she ran over and jumped into my arms hugging me , I hugged her back.
" Aurora! How are you ?" I smiled as I broke the hug .
" I'm amazing! It's been like five years since I've seen you bro" she smiled
" More like 10, actually. Time flies when you're having fun... Or not having fun , depending on how you look at it ." I smiled
"Well, it's definitely fun to see you again! What have you been up to?"
" Oh, you know the usual. Work, life, trying to keep my sanity in this crazy world"
" Same here, Same here. So, tell me, what's new with you? Any big life changes?"
" Actually, yeah! I'm engaged
" I heard about the engagement, she's a lucky girl . Congratulations " she smiled at me.
" No , I'm the lucky girl honestly. Malaysia is amazing." I said
" I bet she is , so when is the wedding ? Am I invited" she said playfully hitting my shoulder.
" We haven't planned the wedding yet, but whenever we plan it , you'll be the first to know" I smiled .
Hey! We should totally hang out soon and catch up you know. She said as she took my phone and put her number in it.
" Yeah sure, it'll be good having an old friend around" I said
" Great! I'll be expecting to hear from you baelani" she smiled.
" Nobody's called me that in years" I laughed " Nice talking to you Aurora , I'm gonna go back to my girl" I smirked at her and walked over to Lai.
I walked back over to my section, Lai was sitting on the couch by herself staring at Angel & Angel was staring at Lai . They look like two lost puppies, they've never went this long without talking to each other. You literally never see one without the other .
This had to be serious.
" Hey mama, You good?" I said as I sat next to her and patted my lap, she came over and sat on my lap.
" Yeah, I'm fine baby just a little tipsy , I've had two sex on the beaches" she giggled .
