I walked back to my apartment, feeling relieved and happy that I enjoyed the breakfast I had with James.

As I entered my apartment, I was greeted by the familiar sight of my cluttered living room and kitchen. I made a mental note to tidy up soon, but for now, I had more pressing matters to attend to.

I headed straight to the bathroom to take a quick shower, washing away the remnants of the morning.

As I stepped under the warm water, I couldn't help but think about the grand opening of Tigers club tonight. I had promised James I would be there, and I wanted to make a good impression.

After my shower, I wrapped myself in a towel and headed to my closet to see what I could wear. I went through my shelves, taking in the sight of the amount of dresses and tops I had.

But nothing seemed quite right. I was about to give up when I spotted a little black dress that I had bought on a whim a few months ago. It was perfect dress for the occasion.

I slipped into the dress, feeling confident and motivated . It was a little revealing, but I knew it would be perfect for the club. I added some simple jewellery and did my hair in a sleek, low bun. A quick swipe of mascara and lip gloss later, and I was ready to go.

As I checked myself out in the mirror, I didn't recognise the girl I saw ,it was like I had completely changed these past years.
stood there, I noticed a letter on my desk.

It was a little white envelope with my name scribbled on it in messy handwriting. But as I looked at it, I didn't feel the urge to open it. It didn't seem important, and besides, I was having too much fun tonight.

Tonight was going to be a night to remember.I finished getting ready and headed out the door, feeling like a new woman. I took a deep breath, feeling the cool evening air fill my lungs, and made my way to the club.

As I walked, I noticed the lights of the city twinkling like diamonds, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation.

When I arrived at the club, I saw James already waiting outside, looking handsome in his suit. He smiled when he saw me, making my heart flutter in my chest.

"Hey, you look stunning," he said, his eyes scanning me from head to toe.

"Thanks," I replied, feeling a little shy under his gaze. "I'm glad I could make it."

We walked into the club together, and I was immediately struck by the energy and excitement in the air. The music was soft, and the crowd was buzzing with excitement .

We made our way to the bar, James ordered us a couple of drinks as we were taking in the rhythm of the music.

As we sipped our drinks, i took a glimpse of James who was already on the dance floor, looking at him made my whole world light up.

It made it seemed as if everything was okay,It was exactly what I needed - a chance to forget about my troubles and have some fun.

James noticed that I had spaced out for a moment and asked me if everything was okay. I shook my head and smiled, telling him that everything was fine.

"Mind joining me for a dance my lady ","sure why not",I say gently placing my hand above his.As he placed his hand on my waist I felt a slight change as I placed my hands on his shoulders,it was my first dance with James.
