Chapter 9 : Lucky To Have You Tiger

Ash's POV

Ah....my eyes....why the sun always shine bright when I just wanted to sleep and enjoy the time on bed?

And....

Carl!?

Oh my god....

She's so cute...

Laying beside me in the bed, her hair covering part of her face....with baby snores....I don't want to miss this chance....

I stretched my hand to the night stand and took my phone.

With a smirk on my face I continued to take pictures of my pup sleeping. I'm so gonna tease you later hun...

I felt her move so I put back the phone on the nightstand.

I kissed my baby's forehead and slipped out of the bed without making much noise.

And write a note for her so she won't freak out when I'm not beside her after she woke up.

Good morning pup,

Have some meeting with the boys, will end by 10, don't freak out just relax, shower and go have breakfast then I'll join you after the meeting. I love you so much.

Getting in shower, I relaxed my mind.

It's a headache to have some useless guys work under me. They got that bitch and let her escape!

They're so gonna regret for messing it up!

Wrapped in towel I went to the closet to get something to wear....I can't find it....okay..got it...My most favourite black shirt with jeans.

Getting ready in 10 minutes, I went and kissed my pup's cheeks...adorable...

I walked out of the room.

Walking in the dining room I greeted Ms.Collins and told her to not stress much to cook lunch cuz I'm bringing my baby out on a lunch date.

"Ma'am they're ready in the meeting room" Ben said in a low tone.

"Let's go" standing up from the dining table I thanked her for breakfast and started walking towards the meeting room.

Carl's POV

"...morning....." wait...am I alone in the room? Where is she?

Looking at the empty space beside me on the bed, I thought she's playing game by hiding so went look at the side of bed but I couldn't find her...

Wait....is that a sound of phone notification?

Looking at the direction of the sound....its Ash's phone...she left her phone and went out?

There's a note beside it.

Oh...oh...

Is she safe?

She will be...

Taking the note from the nightstand...started reading it....

So she's in a meeting? And will be back by 10? What time is it now? Looking at her phone...oh it's 9:30...

WHAT THE FUCK!

SHE BLOODY TOOK THE PIC OF ME SLEEPING AND PUT THAT AS LOCKSCREEN WALLPAPER!?

SHE'S SO GONNA HAVE TO EXPLAIN IT!

She'll be back in 30 minutes and she have to explain this!

Decided to have a chat with Ms. Collins in the kitchen while having the breakfast. Well... it won't kill to talk to people and get to know them.

It's always better to get to know someone by talking to them than from believing gossips or by judging.

I got to know that, her name is Laura. It's a good name, reminds of Laura from the Carmilla series.

While we continue talking I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist from behind. It is Ash I can feel her scent.

Turning around in her arms I raised my eyebrows while showing her phone.

"Explain"

Grinning, she held me tighter in her arms.

"Am I not allowed to have cute pictures of my girlfriend?" oh no...don't pout...and those puppy eyes....shit...

....it worked....

I looked down...

Holding my hand in her hand...she said...

"I'll make it up for it? Let's go on a lunch date today...?"

....thought she changed but she's still the sweet one to me...

"But Ashy....can we go shopping too? I need clothes..."

Hesitantly she agreed.

I guess she can't say no to me just like I can't for her?
