"Are you sure it's okay?" Dera questioned Kenny for the millionth time that day. The crew arrived in Lagos two nights ago, they had the luxury of free time so they were free to do anything they pleased. As promised, Kenny decided to visit his family and was going with Dera.

The girl was scared of meeting his family, due to her anxiety, and she doesn't fare well with first time introductions.

Kenny roll his eyes from the driver seat, "Of course it's okay! They're my family!"

"Have you at least told them" Dera ask still in doubt.

"Yes, they know you're coming and they're excited!" Kenny say swivelling the car into the lane leading to his family house. The house was located at Magodo phase 1 an upstate urban area on Lagos Mainland.

Dera tried to be calm but she was nervous, too nervous infact. She was scared his family might not like her, she paused, she wasn't his girlfriend yet she was dreading the encounter.

Finally Kenny reached a gate, he honks twice and the gate flew open. He drives into the compound and packs his car. He turns to Dera, "We're here!"

Dera peeps outside at the Duplex building, "You know it's not too late to turn back"

Kenny roll his eyes, "Oh please Dera you're being dramatic!" He opens the car down and jumps down. He went to the passenger side and opens the door, "Come down."

Dera pouts, "I'm scared."

"You don't have to be scared, they're humans like you and besides they're very cool!" Kenny assures the girl who stayed put. "Come down Dera or I'll drag you down!" He threatened.

With reluctance, Dera stepped down. She roll her eyes at Kenny who rolls his back at her. She look around her surroundings, two cars were parked in the driveway, few rows of flowers decorated the interlocked floor.

"Quit staring and hurry up Chidera!"

Dera kiss her teeth jogging to meet Kenny, "If it goes wrong I'm killing you!"

Kenny laugh, "I'm so scared Dera." He knocks on the door, after two minutes it flew open to reveal a woman who looked exactly like Kenny with longer dreads.

"Kehinde!!" The woman sang happily pulling him into her arms. Kenny gingerly hugs the woman back conversing back in Yoruba.

The woman release Kenny from the hug to face a confused Dera. "And you must be Dera, I'm Taiwo but everyone calls me Tai, I'm Kenny twin sister!" She beams at the girl.

"Oh, nice to meet..." that was how far Dera got before the woman pulls her into a bone crushing hug. Dera smile from the warm gesture, she hugs her back.

"I'm so happy to finally meet you, Kenny kept talking about you!" Tai said still smiling.

"Thank you, I'm happy to meet you too even though Kenny didn't mention he had a twin sister" Dera cast Kenny an evil glare.

Tai gasp facing her twin, "You didn't tell her about me?"

Kenny roll his eyes, "I thought you knew I mean my name is Kehinde"

Dera roll her eyes back.

Tai smile, "Don't mind my brother, come inside, our parents are expecting you!" She pulls the girl into the house. Dera admire the interior, the floor to ceiling Versace curtains, the luxurious chairs and designs.
