Smit fainted while arguing with Saurya.

Saurya was too shocked to react or do something. He was trying to wake up Smit while tapping his face. Sprinkle some water. But Smit was unresponsive all the time.

Just then Rohan entered there with a tiffin saw the whole scenario and asked Saurya tu yahan what happened to Smit.

Saurya - “Pata nahi he was angry at me and we were having an argument and suddenly he fell unconscious.”

Rohan - “Bring him out, we need to take him to the hospital. Main Gaadi nikaalta hun”. Saurya didn't answer him, still trying to wake Smit up. Rohan Again told him with a raised voice “ Saurya tu sun Raha hai we need to take him to the hospital Now”.

Saurya came out of his zone and picked him up and took him out. They take him to the hospital and admit him there.

Saurya was passing out of the ward on the corridor restless!! He was worried about his kiddo. Not a single day he got peace after he got to know about him being his brother. He didn't even get a chance to be happy or celebrate after getting his world back.

Now when he finally went to bring him back and was thinking about telling him the truth then this happened. His kid reached the hospital.. he is guilty as somewhere he is responsible for Smit's condition. He should have known that his actions and pretense could have a great impact on him.

That's what happened today he sneaked out of the mansion Just to meet him and get hurt. His scared and panicked face is still flashing in front of his eyes. He pushed him to take that extreme step.

Rohan who was sitting on a chair looking at him passing from one side to the other side Said "Yaar Beth Ja aise Ghumte dekh mujhe Chakkar Aaraha hai. Kitna yahan se wahan karega". But Saurya ignores him completely still passing around while biting his nails.

Rohan again tried "Saurya shanti se ek Jagah Beth Jaa mere Bhai."

Saurya -  "How can I sit shanti se jab Mera Bhai waha behosh pada hai, pata nahi kya hogaya hai use."

Rohan - "Haan to tere aise Ghumne se woh thik thodi ho jaayega.Doctor dekh rahe hai use he will be fine soon. Tu tension mat lai. He is a strong boy."

Saurya - kab Aayenge bahar woh? Pata nahi mere bacche ko achanak se kya hua and....

Rohan - he will be fine just hold on a little while everything will be fine!!!

Hours passed still there was no sign of a doctor. They didn't know yet what just happened to the kid. Every minute feels like a year to Saurya. His restlessness is growing with every passing moment!!!

Finally, it felt like the eternity Doctor came out and Saurya bombarded him with the question without even giving him a chance to reply or even speak a single word.

Saurya - Doctor how is he? What happened to him. is he awake, can I meet him? There's nothing serious right? tell me already why you silent for so long.

Rohan intertwined before Saurya could start with the next set of questions.. " let him speak at least Saurya".

Doctor - Mr.Maheshwari I told you to keep him away from stress. The boy is looking extremely stressed out for some reason and also exhausted as well.

His BP shot up and the injury and Weekness made it worse leading him to become unconscious!!!!

It's not good for him. Extreme stress can lead to brain stroke or his clot can burst inside and that can be dangerous for him.
