Ayanokouji Kiyotaka's POV.

During my stay and exploring the city, I discovered quite strange news for myself, there are only 2 blacksmith shops in this city, if one of them is used by almost all adventurers, then the second one is slightly different, they say that all the objects there have a mystical origin. Even though I had the money to buy a sword for beginners, I decided to go to this shop because I was interested in it.

When I entered, I was greeted by a hunched old woman who squinted at me. She got up from her bench where she was sitting with the cat and walked towards me.

"Well, what did you want, young man?" The old woman asked me in a hoarse voice.

"Hello, can I see the assortment of weapons in your shop?" I answered her politely, because as I read, old people dislike young people, since in most cases they do not give them due respect, as they were taught at the time.

"Oh, of course you can, grandson , come with me." The old woman called me limping.

I followed her slowly through one storefront after another, they were all translucent, so I couldn't see what was in most of them. We had been walking for over a minute, which seemed strange to me, since this store didn't seem that big from the outside. I was prepared for a possible ambush attack.

"Grandson, can you tell me what kind of weapon you own?" An old lady with an interested voice asked me.

"A little bit of everything." I answered her without relaxing.

"Hmm, then maybe this dagger?" An old lady from the nearest counter handed it to me, when I examined it, she began to tell his story.

"This dagger was forged by dwarves from the best steel at that time, and it was also used by the now dead head of the assassin guild, it cost me a large sum, so I'm ready to part with it for, say, 400,000 Eris." The old woman told me with interest in her voice.

Unfortunately, this dagger didn't seem to be anything special to me, and the price for it was quite high, so I returned it to the old lady.

"I'm sorry, but this dagger doesn't fit me." I told her politely.

"Hmm, then maybe this bow?" putting down the dagger, the old woman ran to the next showcase and opened it and showed me a bow with a golden border.

"This bow was forged in the forest by the best blacksmiths of the elves, it is based on the wood they revered, and from the outside it is upholstered in gold so that it can withstand the conditions of the forests. It was used by the elf king, but after his death, his son sold it to me, as he did not need it. I can give it to you for just 600,000 Eris." The old lady talked with nostalgia in her voice.

Although the bow seemed to me to be a reliable weapon, it would be the least useful for use outside the group, due to its attack speed and inability to use in close combat.

"I'm sorry, but even this weapon, it seems to me, will not reveal its potential in my hands." I politely refused it.

"Hmm, then can you tell me what kind of weapon would suit you, honey?" The old lady asked me with a smile on her face.

I started thinking. I need a weapon that could be used near the enemy, they could both defend and attack, also so that it was oversized and quickly obtained in case of a sudden enemy attack.

"Maybe a sword will do for me," I replied to her.

"Hmm..." The old woman began to reflect and, as if remembering something, quickly ran to one of the racks in the far corner, I was surprised by her speed, but quickly caught up with her.
