"So he kicked us out of Neb Aula!"
Arcturus, Pollux, and Gloria stood in the courtyard of Contell, since they didn't know where else to go.
"You know," Arcturus continues, "Alpheratz is all talk, he never really delivers on his threats. But sometimes he REALLY embarrasses you, so remember to always watch his temper." Pollux rolled his eyes, "You're not in any position to hand out advice, Arcky..."
Gloria nods, "Yeah... he told you both to stop and yet you both kept it up. Heck, I had to stop you."
Pollux spoke up again, "You enjoy pissing Alpheratz off, don't you? Come on, be honest with me."
Arcturus's eyes widen, "En-enjoy?! No, Poll....!! That's not-
Pollux and Gloria break into a chuckle. "Arcky, it's ok, Pollux didn't mean it. It was just a joke." Pollux laughed, "Arcky's weird, ya know. He gets real emotional over the smallest possible things." Arcturus whimpers a little. Gloria couldn't help but chuckle more, "There is nothing wrong with being a bit sensitive! It's nice to be able to tell exactly what Arcky is thinking and feeling." Arcturus turned to her, "You... mean it..?" She nods, which makes Arcturus light up. "Well on the bright side" Pollux runs his hand through his hair, "We saved ourselves a pretty long walk 'cause Alpheratz flew us out here." He soon grabs Gloria by her arm, she hides her discomfort of being touched. Pollux smiled wide, "Come on, let's go inside! Quick, while Arck's zoning out! Not that Contell's got much to look at, but still!"
Arcturus turned to them, "Hey! Take me with you!"
Spica was in the committee room by himself, looking out the window as he looked at reports. The reports were of the situation of Gloria and her involvement soon for her transfer. Spica quietly spoke to himself, reading one of the reports, "After all, the discovery of traces left by the omen of disaster has something to do with Gloria...."
He sighs, "Principal.... No, Great Sorcerer Schedar, what are you preparing now?"
Soon a knock was heard at the door. Vega soon walks in, softly closing the door behind him. "You're here, Sorcerer Spica. You must be busy, but excuse me."
Spica put the reports away, "It's rare for someone to come see me first like this... I'll prepare some drinks. Do you have anything in particular you want?" Vega shook his head, "No, I'm good. More than that, I have something to tell you-"
As he was already at the mini kitchen set up, Spica spoke again, "Oh, would you like to try some cold brew tea I made? This shouldn't be that bad." He seemed to be beaming at the idea of having someone taste it. Vega was quiet for a bit before answering, "Okay... that was an offer that I can't bring myself to refuse."
Vega takes a seat as Spica prepares him a cup.
Once the cup was placed in front of him, Vega takes a small sip... just to then quickly take another sip instantly. Vega perks up a little, "The tea smells good and it tastes great...!" Spica softly smiles, "It seems like you want to tell me that the taste is 'unique, judging by the expression on your face." Vega nods, "Yes... the sweetness sticks to my tongue." He takes a much longer sip from the tea.
Spica quietly chuckles, "This is the tea that I recently bought from the East Boundary. I can give you some if you want some to have whenever." Vega gave a soft smile, "I'll be grateful for that." His demeanor soon changed, "Now.... can we cut to the chase?" Spica nods, closing his eyes for a moment, "There's no reason not to, but... now I am curious." He then tilted his head, "Vega, why do you look so nervous? Do you know that you are acting unusual today?" Vega blinks, "Unusual? Hmm.... You must have already guessed the cause." Spica nods, "That may be true, but if possible, I'd still like to hear from you."
The room fell silent before Vega continued, "It has something to do with Gloria, I mean Summoner... I think your transfer is unfair. I want to ask the principal to reconsider."
"I know in what part you felt it was unfair.... but, I am not happy to hear you going against the Great Sorcerer... "
Vega tilts his head, "Sorcerer Spica... are you saying...?"
"Let me refill our cups before we continue this conversation."
