you and nezuko jumped back as multiple ribbons darted towards you both, deflecting and slicing them with your swords.

mitsuri punches the ground where you both once were, a large billow of dust shooting out.

she shoots into the sky, ready to pounce when she's hit in the back with multiple more ribbons.

you bit your lip,

crap, she's got the rest of her ribbons back. this is good and bad. the others have been rescued but now mitsuri is stronger

mitsuri landed on the ground, using her fists to clash against your swords whe more ribbons enter her head and neck.

what's going on?!

nezuko cried internally, you pulled her back slightly, on the defensive.

mitsuri looked agitated.

nezuko leaps for her but her head tilts up with a grin, "i guessed it"

and suddenly she was gone, nezuo swinging at nothing.

"a hashira.. two, even" mitsuri purred, her black hair fading away into a vibrant pink-to-green.

a light smile graced your face,

there she is..

the familiar girl was back. in her own way.

mitsuri looked jovial, grinning bright, "hashira came after all! that's wonderful! this will certainly please the master!"

she's transformed!

nezuko watches in shock.

"she's stronger now" you confirmed.
