"just how ugly you are.. it grates my nerves! it gives me shivers! right now, i feel repulsed" suya informed gyutaro. "i bet your sister wishes for a different brother. she's so beautiful, and you're just hideous" suya giggled.
you could tell that struck a slight nerve in gyutaro as he tightened his grip on his scythes.
"your whole demeanour just grosses me out. your posture is terrible, too. i bet you're not that strong, either" she snickered.
"wanna test it out?" gyutaro frowned, annoyed.
"you immediately lost your beauty the moment you decided to become a demon. to anyone who knows the truth, you're truly hideous" he hissed.
suya clenched her fists, "how dare you!"
mitsuri pouted, "you shouldn't say that!"
"try me" gyutaro rose an eyebrow, ume snickered, readying her blade.
gyutaro shot forward without another word, pushing mitsuri off suya's back. you lept forward, getting a decent slash at suya's neck before she jumped away. she looked startled at the ease you had when sliding your blade through the front of her neck. her neck was tough as metal, and to you it seemed like nothing.
who were you?
thankfully for you, gyutaro and ume were too preoccupied to notice.
ume slashes both of mitsuri's arms off as the demon whines out, you shooting forward again and decapitating her, hands tightening on your hilt slightly as your blade slashed through the neck of a girl you once knew.
mitsuri collapsed to the floor, suya almost getting hit by gyutaro, though she deflected it at the last moment.
mitsuri cried out in rage, "i've been beheaded again! you bullies! you bullies! you got me again!! suya-chan!!!!"
suya seemed increasingly annoyed with mitsuri. "stop being so useless and kill them!!" she roared.
mitsuri cried as she stood up.
"wait.. you're onto us, aren't you?" suya scratched her cheek while looking between you and gyutaro.
gyutaro rose an eyebrow, though he clearly knew what she meant. "about what?"
"well, finding out about us won't do you any good" suya smirked. "we're going to kill you slowly and painfully!" she cackled.
your eyebrows furrowed.
no mentions of anything else? it's strange. mitsuri was stronger than tengen. is it possible that everyone's strengths have changed somewhat? since gyutaro and daki were weak enough that all of us combined could decapitate them, then either mitsuri must be quite a bit weaker, or gyutaro and ume much stronger. they're strong, certainly, but it doesn't quite seem right. it seems that mitsuri has been downgraded, that she's weaker than even daki and gyutaro were.
"i don't know about that!" zenitsu cackled suddenly, him and inosuke standing in the opening of the door.
you grin.
zenitsu seemed confident, but inosuke was trembling behind him, looking frightened.
"you can't forget us! lord zenitsu and his minion are here, also!"
inosuke whimpered, suya smirked devilishly, "well, well. who are you two?
only a moment after, nezuko jumped in through the roof, giving a hard glare to suya and mitsuri.
"hah?" suya's smirk twitched slightly.
"that entrance was so cool, you guys" ume grinned.
suya's smirk returned in full-throttle as she laughed. "no matter how many low-rankers you bring, all of your futures are bleak. everyone dies. so don't bother getting all worked up"
you frown.
"we're going to win, whether you like it or not" ume smirked.
"you can't win, not against two demons!" mitsuri frowned.
"we'll win easy-peasy! against you two weaklings, this will be no problem! especially with three tsugukos at our side" ume smirked.
"yeah! that's right!" zenitsu smirked.
"they're tough as nails. besides, we already know how to beat you two" gyutaro agreed dully.
"it's cutting off both of your heads simultaneously. i'm right, aren't i? you'd kill the weak one, otherwise"
mitsuri whined.
"but even though she's weighing you down, you won't, because you need her to survive:
"ha ha ha! i've got it! we've practically won already!" zenitsu cackles. "yeah!" inosuke chimes in nervously.
suya rolled her eyes, "do you know how many demon slayers we've killed who were trying to accomplish that 'easy task'? including some hashira. i've eaten 20 of you and this weakling a few also"
"yeah. until dawn breaks, none of you are safe.. and the long night is always on our side! so why don't you all just give it up now?!" mitsuri giggles, shooting ribbons towards you all.
zenitsu cackles, zooming around the room and slashing all the ribbons.
"zenitsu!" nezuko says in awe.
"leave the worm-woman to me and weakling! you guys handle that bitch! let's go! watch yourselves"
you give them an encouraging nod.
"we will!" nezuko calls with a determined grin.
suya smirks, "not a chance"
