As soon as everyone starts to leave I decide that I should start to head back to mine and Nova's dorm. I say goodbye to everyone and try to find Rut so that we could walk back to our dorms together but he was dead asleep on the couch outside of Ethan and Mark's hallway to their rooms, I take a picture of him and decide that I can just walk back on my own. "Bye Mark let me know how things go with that girl" I say to Mark quietly so no one else hears. "Bye Anna, do you want me to drive you down?" he asks. "No I will be fine, thank you though" I say as I close their door behind me. I looked outside and realized it had gotten very dark out, I check the time and it was almost midnight so I just take a deep breath and start my walk back. It was pretty cold out but I will be fine it's only a small walk. I open up my phone to text Nova I was on my way back. I finally get back to the dorm like a little more than 10 minutes later and I go into my room and put pajamas on after I take off my mascara and go to sleep. At like 8 in the morning I was awoken by the sound of what I assumed to be Nova banging on my door. "Nova what the fuck do you want it's 8 A.M. let me sleep" I say in response to the pounding noise on my door. "It's not Nova." I hear a more masculine yet familiar sounding voice say through my door. "Just open the door as long as you're not trying to kill me" I say. All of a sudden the door swings open to reveal my best friend, Luke Hughes. "LUKE WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE" I ask jumping up from my bed and running to hug him. "I decided that I should visit my best friend before her classes start." Luke says smiling. "Aweee Luke you're the best! But how the hell did you get into our main door?" I ask kinda concerned as I break our hug. "The key you leave under your mat that pretty much everyone knows about" He says in response to my dumb question. "Oh I guess that can be a way to get in. I really should move that key." I say slightly laughing. "Yeah you probably should" Luke says. "So how long are you staying in Ann Arbor for?" I ask Luke. "I will be here for like a week and a half" he says. "Ohhh ok! Do you have a place to stay or are you just going to end up crashing here?" I ask wondering if he has a hotel. "I will either crash here or Mark's place, but probably Mark's for most nights." He said. " I was just there last night to hang out" I say laughing. "Oh I heard you were with Mark" Luke says winking. "Ewww Luke don't think about it like that we are like siblings and we were helping each other out with our own relationship problems" I say hitting him jokingly in the arm. "Your relationship with Rutger" Luke says smirking. "Shush or I'm going to kick you out" I say laughing. "You wouldn't dare" Luke says with a dramatic gasp. "You're right, I wouldn't." I say. "OMG Luke let's go get coffee." I say kicking him out of my room so I can change.
