I woke up with the ping of my phone. I got up to check what it could be when a surprise came to the screen. Bad's leg was already done and it seemed that they could deliver it early because of a new employee. It would be here in only an hour. I sighed hoping that Bad's ego would tone down after getting the leg.
I walked down the stairs and was greeted by everyone.
"You are just in time for dinner!" Dove said finishing setting the table.
Turning to Bad I said, "Guess what, your leg came early!"
Bad lit up at the statement but then tried to hide it. He failed miserably though. I chuckled at the reaction.
"It will be here in an hour." I explained.
We had our breakfast and I helped everyone clean up afterwards. I heard the doorbell ring and Bad was the one who ran to the door to open it. He came back with his leg in toe. I helped him to put it on. He tested it by tapping it against the floor then tried his hand at walking but couldn't get it right. He had to learn to walk again.
Bad grumbled angrily but still kept his spirits up. He was right. It looked awesome on him. I still felt guilty for not making it in time to save his leg but I was sure everything was going to be fine. He was alive and that is what matters. Puppet seemed to be very nervous around everything more so then usual which is saying something. He looked so scared. I felt bad. He was still a small kid.
Killer seemed to be fine with everything that has happened surprisingly. He seemed as energetic as ever. He seemed real excited for Bad's leg too. I sighed at their antics. I went up to check on Puppet and Banda. They seemed to have been playing with each other but I scared them walking in. I apologized and quickly walked up to the two. Being with his bro Bangle seemed to have calmed Banda down a bit.
Puppet on the other hand was terrified of any little sound. Poor thing was traumatized. I think I will have to stay around him more to make him feel protected. Drop seemed to somehow be more into fighting and knives going to the training area to train more often. Seems like he wants to protect the other now, feels like he is not strong enough to protect what he loves which is understandable. I often went to help him train.
As for the other kids I made it a goal to have one on one training with them at least once every other day. If they wanted more training they could do it with each other. Drop seemed to finally stop teasing Bad about his leg after he got his metal one. Everything seemed to be calming down which was good. It helped me to relax more. It was also summer break from school starting today so the kids were over the whole day again.
That was good since I was pretty worried about them. They all got passing grades though some worse for wear. At least they all passed. The chaos sans also started to make moves on different universes again. This also helped me feel less anxious since I thought something extremely terrible would happen with them. Though it seems Ink and Error's relationship is getting worse and worse. I could notice at the last gathering and by the balance between creation and destruction. It was wobbling again.
I sighed wondering what else we could do. I didn't want to explore other AUs because that just didn't sound right after what just happened. I had already taken care of the chaos sans's little groups pestering AUs. I was quite bored. To pass the time I flipped through AUs again through a one way screen and grabbing popcorn like it was a movie. Sadly nothing really interesting showed itself today.
I then went to help Drop with training. After a while it seemed Bad had gotten used to his leg which was a good sign. I also helped Dove and Haven to do the cooking for lunch and dinner. I cleaned the house manually without my powers to pass the time too. Doing this also helped get out pent up stress. I hoped that everyone else could do this too. I think a lot of them used training dummies for that though.
I also had to plan the little lessons I wanted to teach the kids about my job and a little about what Killer does. Someone needs to take the job as a balance keeper of the multiverse. I didn't want to force this on the kids but someone needs to take the role and no one is better than the kids of the god himself. If he or the kids find a better candidate then he could switch to teaching them.
I also decided that I wanted to make a small village near the castle for people who just needed a place to stay. For AUs who were destroyed, outcomes, and just people who need to run away from there AU for some reason. These people would also said no to Core Frisk to join the Omega Timeline because I know some monsters do that. The others thought it was a good idea so I started right away. With my power I designed buildings and stores and more.
Now all that is needed is someone to fill them. I was tired after the day and immediately fell asleep that night.
