I woke up feeling drenched i knew it happened again i had another panic attack. Tiredly i got out of bed and did all my routine and headed for school. Thalia my older sister waited for me and i gave her an update. She saw how tired i was and let me rest my head on her shoulders while she talked to me. The new girl whose name was Piper and was a good friend of Annabeth, was introduced to everyone in the group. Luke saw us and concern filled his eyes as if he knew I had a panic attack. Everyone else was busy talking to each other while Hazel showed the office to the new girl. I just wanted to stay home with Luca and relax, but i had to go to school. History was my first class with the new girl. I have social and medium leveled anxiety so people don't expect me to talk to them I'm not like Percy or Leo. Anyways the bell rings and I head over to my next class zoning out and not paying attention. Percy sat next to me talking to me i just nodded shook my head or shrugged, I saw him frown he knew sometimes i was nonverbal. Percy gave me a sympathetic glance and tried to focus on the lesson. Soon the lunch bell rang and i walked out with the others to the cafeteria to eat food. I wasn't hungry and I didn't get any food and Thaila knew it but let it go. I just sat there not saying anything and just sitting there until I walked out.
