As I get ready for the party I remember the image of a boy with blonde hair jumping out of his window like who would do that. Thaila seemed to be laughing as she knew who it was and told us that was Jason. She was about to say something but shut her mouth and kept laughing. We all calmed down and I finished getting ready and we all headed to the party. Minutes later we heard the door open Percy and Jason emerged and Jason had some sort of leg cast on his left leg. They came over to where we were and Jason was limping a little bit, but the robotic cast was all the way to his thigh. While the party kept going I noticed Jason talking to Thaila and keeping his distance from us like we were germs. I kept glancing at him to see if he would come closer and we locked eyes for what seemed like a second while I looked away. I'll have a conversation with him tomorrow I thought and when the party was over Thaila handed me something. "Give it to Jason tomorrow and make sure it's just you and him Artemis needs me and I can't give it to him myself just tell him it's from me and talk to him for a while." She said shoving a package in my hand. I glumly nodded and she left to the gates and told the office why she had to go and they nodded and I saw a tiny glimpse of her walking out of the gate for what I thought was for good. I walked up to my dorm and put the package in my bag while Annabeth stared at me curiously. I just shook my head not wanting to explain to her about it and she nodded as if she could read me like an open book. I sighed got in my pajamas and slept. In the mornings I got up did my routine and left.
