⭐Chapter 22⭐

I was walking around the park aimlessly.

I just wanted time to think about everything that was happening.

The things with Eunbi and Ian. Aunty and Eunbi, me and Taekwang.

It was complicated.

Eunbi and aunty were clear about everything. They had spoken to each other about everything. Ian and Eunbi did speak but it was still too soon to speak about that. Taekwang and me, on the other hand, it was just too complex.

I still didn't know the meaning between my hand vanishing into thin air even though it was for a few seconds.

Eunbi POV

I was currently sitting in the park waiting for Ian.

I had texted him before asking him for a favour.

I looked at the bracelet that Ian had gotten for himself, Eunha and me.

I heard footsteps approach me. I looked up to see Ian coming over to me.

"What is it? What is the favour? he said

"Just for today, could you treat me like you used to?"

"Just for today do whatever I want, even if you don't like it."

Ian POV

I agreed

I couldn't say no to her.

I never can.

We walked around. Her looking at the surroundings while I noticed her.

How could I not notice?

She was way different.

She smiled like a kid when she saw cotton candy and her eyes sparkled when she looked at something that interested her.

She's got this incredible energy that just lights up the room. She's smart, and hilarious. She lights up any room she is in.

My eyes widened at the realization I had.

Too quick to even notice the bike coming towards us.

I pulled her to me and looked at the back of the bike.

I sighed and looked down to see if she was okay only to notice her looking at me, our faces just inches apart, and in that fleeting moment, everything else seemed to fade away.

I could not look away.

I could see the uncertainty in her eyes, mirroring my own as the silence stretched on

Her eyes flickered between mine; a question unspoken but clear in her gaze.

I could see the subtle rise and fall of her chest, each breath a gentle reminder of the closeness.

Butterflies fluttered in my stomach as I saw the

uncertainty mixed with longing in her eyes.

My own pulse raced, a whirlwind of fear and excitement swirling within me.

I reached out, my fingers brushing against her cheek, the warmth of her skin a stark contrast to the cool evening air.

I leaned in slowly before a cough made us come back to reality

We looked to the side to see the vendor and couple of more people looking at us. Some smiling, and some giving us awkward looks.

I forgot we were still in the park. Eunbi and I distanced ourselves.

Eunha POV

OMG!

I got to say Ian has got game.

I smiled....happy they were realising what the world could see.

I looked to the left and saw a very known figure.

'Why was he here?'

Third person POV-

The middle-aged man looked at the park where he and his first love had met.

He had forgotten how to live his life due to his career.

He had neglected his wife and son because of which his wife had left him and was marrying someone today and his very own son hated him.

He knew it was wrong of him to be invested in his career too much, but he just wanted to give a better life to his loved ones. He acted tough cause he didn't want his son to have a hard life and feel left out.

He turned around only to see a girl who he had seen with his son a lot of times and for whom he was changing for the better.

But she was with a guy?
