1. Travelling

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome onboard Flight 97B . We ask that you please fasten your seatbelts at this time and secure all luggage underneath your seat or in the overhead compartments.
We also ask that your seats and table trays are in the upright position for take-off. Please turn off all personal electronic devices, including laptops and cell phones. Smoking is prohibited for the duration of the flight. Thank you for choosing our airline.
Enjoy your flight."

As the Pre-flight Announcement and demonstration were being declared by the flight attendant, I sat up straight taking a deep breath for the departure.

The flight started to move on the runway like a model.

"Good afternoon passengers. This is your captain speaking. First I'd like to welcome everyone on Flight 97B. We are currently cruising at an altitude of 35,000 feet at an airspeed of 450 miles per hour.
The time is 4:11 pm. The weather looks good and with the tailwind on our side. The cabin crew will be coming around in about twenty minutes to offer you a light snack and beverage, and the inflight movie will begin shortly after that.
I'll talk to you again before we reach our destination.
Until then, sit back, relax, and enjoy the rest of the flight."

Just after a few minutes of taking off the captain spoke.

To ease the ear pain I got I wore headphones and closed my eyes.
Then as the captain announced the cabin crew members came to give some snacks and beverages.

"Hello, what would you like to order?" She interrogated with a pleasant smile

"Hi, I'd have popcorn and coke please" I replied with a smile

"Thank you"

I ate the popcorn while watching the movie 'Big Hero 6'.
I've always been interested in robotic movies. It is one of my favorite movies after all. After the movie was completed I peeked out of the window to see the beautiful clouds surrounded by the flight. The evening sky from above is so breathtaking to watch.

"Good evening passengers. This is your captain speaking. The time is 7:05 pm. We are landing at our destination in about 10 minutes. Please turn off all your electronic devices and fasten your seatbelts."

I closed all the devices as I took a last glance outside the window to capture the wonderful moment in my eyes.

Damn

Just damn

It's Beautiful

The clouds were hanging in the sky as if they were weightless balloons. Just beautiful.

How does the pilot find ways in the sky, I can't even find ways on the road with signboards and Google Maps.
Damn Unbelievable, the sky looks all the same isn't it confusing to use maps.

I shrugged my thoughts away and the flight found the runway to land.

"Dear passengers, we've landed at our destination. Hope you've had a good and relaxing flight. We are hoping to see you here again. Now, the cabin crew will help you with the departure.
Thank you for choosing our airline."

I left the airport waiting for the cab which I booked.

After a while cab came and I enjoyed the ride. The driver dropped me in front of the house where I used to live 8 years ago.
Now the house looks like it was abandoned.

I sighed and opened the door using the keys.
I switched on the lights but to my surprise, the house was actually clean with no spiders making spiderwebs, it was just a bit dusty.
I heard that it was closed for almost a year. Damn
How in the Spiderman did it happen?

I kept my luggage aside and started to clean of the dust with my playlist on.
I cleaned it in 2 hours and set my clothes in the closet.

I sat on the cold floor as there was no furniture in the house yet, it might arrive tomorrow or within this week as mom said.

I dialed my mom's number. She picked up instantly as if she was waiting for my call.

Otp:

"Hel-"

"Harper, did you reach there safely yet?
How was your flight?
Are you feeling good?
Did you eat?
Say something!"

"Mom how can I speak
if you ask questions continuously
The flight was ok,
I'm good,
I reached the house safely
I saw it was a bit dusty so I cleaned it
and now I'm talking with you"

"Did you eat yet?"

"No Mom. I'm gonna eat now"

"Eat well and take rest ok?"

"Ok Mom, I'm missing you already"

"Me too harper stay safe and lock the
windows before you go to sle-"

"I will Mom.
When will the furniture arrive? "

"Might be tomorrow"

"Ok bye good night Mom"

"Bye good night "

The call ended

I took my sandwich which I bought while waiting for the cab

I ate while scrolling through my phone.

After eating I saw the violin I brought. My violin is my everything. I took it in my hand and started to play it.

As I finished playing it, I felt my tiredness of traveling fade away.
Every time it refills my energy and relaxes me.
It was peaceful and silent, the cold wind blowing from the window nearby made me shiver a bit. It was strange it wasn't that cold but it was enough for me to feel a presence by my side.

I shrugged it off

I wish I dream about something interesting

after a few minutes, I fell asleep.
