Newspeople chatter.

Mic: "Gather round, mass media! It's time once again to see the High Schoolers you know and love, revel in their youth... It's U.A.'s sports festival. Everybody -- Are you ready?!"

~2 Weeks Earlier~

After School

Ashido looks over at Y/n.

Mina: "Y/n... Who is that woman hanging on your arm?"

Y/n: "Daki."

Aoyama: "Y/n~ What's your quirk?"

Y/n: "Huh?"

Sato: "Is your quirk ice like Todoroki?"

Hanta: "Hey! Is your quirk fire like your dad!?"

Momo: "You have amazing strength, is that your quirk?"

Katsuki: "Are you quirkless and that's why you're not telling us?!"

Y/n gives Katsuki a what the hell look.

Katsuki gives them an I don't want to draw suspicion look.

Tsuyu: "It can't be. She was healing and lit herself on fire. The professionals stated she had a regeneration quirk. What exactly is your quirk?"

Y/n: "N-No. It's none of those. I-"

Fumikage: "Guys, she's obviously either embarrassed by her quirk or has trauma regarding it."

As Uraraka goes to leave she freezes.

Uraraka: "Whoaaaa..."

There's a bunch of chatter in the hallway.

Izuku: "What's going on?!"

Mineta: "No way out! What're they here for?"

Katsuki: "Scoping out the competition, duh, small fry."

Y/n walks next to Katsuki.

Katsuki: "Cuz we're the kids who survived a villain attack. Makes sense they'd want a look before the sport's festival."

Izuku: "And that's him on a good day."

Y/n: "Daki, you're going to break my arm."

Daki: "Whaaaaaa! I don't wanna go to the meeting."

Y/n: "Go on, I have Xaio."

Xaio: "Mini human."

Mina: *Quietly* "Woah."

Daki disappears pouting.

Katsuki: "No point, though. Move aside cannon fodder."

Izuku: "Woah. Woah. Woah."

Ida: "Can we please not resort to calling those we don't even know cannon fodder??"

Y/n: "Oh calm down, it's just some friendly trash talk." Looks like Shinso-Chan is here!

Shinso looms.

Shinso: "It's true. We came to get a look, but you sure are modest. Are all the kids in the hero course like this one?"

Katsuki: "Huh?!"

Shinso: "Gotta say, I'm a little disillusioned if this is what you're offering. Those of us---"

Y/n: "Shinso-channnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!"

Y/n threw themself into Shinso clinging to him.
