Relaxing Day Off

Midnight: "Now, let's move on to... The awards ceremony! In third place we have both Katsuki and Fumikage. Now for the medals!! Presenting them this year is... you know who!!"

All Might: "I am...here with the medals. He's everyone's hero... All Might!! Cut you off. Sorry."

Observer 1: "The first years this year are something else."

Observer 2: "Even All Might came to watch."

Yagi: Congratulations Tokoyami, kid! You're a strong  one!"

Tokoyami: "You honor me too highly."

Yagi: "But relying on your quirk alone won't be enough to overcome a bad matchup. Hone your innate strength to open a world of opprtunity."

Tokoyami: "Understood..."

Yagi: "Young Bakugo. You did well durring the competition..."

Katsuki: "It was a match I wouldn't have won anyway. Y/n is far stronger than anyone here. They've worked their entire life to prove they're not useless and deserve to be treated like an actual person. Not only if I fought then I wouldn't even be able to stand here and accept the place I earned, but I'd be waking in a hospital days later."

Yagi: "It's good that you know your own limits and your opponents limits and capabilities. Male Todoroki kid. Congratulations. You held back. You didn't use your left side in the final match. Was there a reason for that?"

Shoto: "It was my match against Midoryia... I think I've lost my way and destroyed the one relationship I never thought would be destroyed. I know you've taken an interest in him. And I'm starting to see why. I've always wanted to become a hero like you. But... It's not like I can just forget and get over things. That's not enough. There's still things I have to settle first."

Yagi: "That's a new look I'm seeing on your face. So say no more.  Whatever you must settle, I'm sure you can do it. And, finally, female Todoroki. What an inspiring speech you made."

Y/n: "It meant nothing to me. It was meant to raise the spirits of the people who heard and rally them up. I would love to see the Hero system burn to the ground and be reborn, like a phoenix rising from the flames."

Yagi: "W-What?!"

Y/n: "The Hero System in our world, a framework built on ideals of justice and valor, has sadly become entangled in the very flaws it sought to eradicate. Corruption has seeped into its core, eroding trust and leaving many disillusioned. The corrupt Hero System serves as a powerful reminder that we must not only aspire to be heroes but also to be vigilant stewards of integrity. We must question, reform, and rebuild. Every challenge we face is an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to justice, to redefine what it means to be a hero in our time."

Yagi: "Shut it. You make wonderful speeches but always at the wrong time."

Y/n: "I would say this is a perfect time for that speech. There will never be a right time to bring up corruption but this is the only time all the right people will hear it. So you can take that medal and give it to someone who cares-mmmmpphhh!"

Yagi shoves the metal in their mouth to quiet them down.

All Might: "Well!! These are your winners!!! But hold on, everyone! Everyone here today has the potential to be standing up here!! As all--!"

All Might is knocked out by Y/n throwing their medal and hitting him in the back of the head.

Y/n: "I hate hyprocrites."

Everyone stares at Y/n.

Y/n: "GO HOME!"

Y/n walks off stepping on All Mights' body as she walks off.

Katsuki: "Wait up! Sorry!"

Y/n: "Didn't take you to be one to apologize."

Katsuki: "You just knocked a Pro Hero out."

Y/n: "He was going to go on a hypocritical speech that we'd be forced to sit through. He firmly believes that you can't be a hero without a quirk. It was when I was 12 that he told me that when I was hanging out with Hawks. Hawks had asked him what he thought of the idea."

Katsuki: "And?"

Y/n: "I want to go take a nap."

Katsuki: "Of course."

So friendships were born of worthy competition. Well, that might be a bit of a stretch but... We all realized just how important that dat was, and then...

Aizawa: "In light of the festival... youll have tomorrow and the next day off. Scouting reports will be waiting for you here after the break. So look forward to that as you enjoy your time off."

We'd start to gain attention from this point on.

~The next day~

Fuyumi: "Huh? The h-hospital? Why so sudden? I mean can you really go without telling father, Shoto?"

Y/n who was walking by heard her.

Y/n: "And if you know what's good for all of us, you won't say anything. Shoto is his own person if he needs this as a first step to heal from his own trauma who are you to deny him or get him beat for it."

Fuyumi: "R-right, well since you're finally awake Y/n, would you like something to eat?"

Y/n: "I'm heading out, some friends from school are holding a sleep over for the next few days to celebrate our victories."

Fuyumi: "O-Okay... Congrats on the win! I didn't expect you to knock out All Might."

Y/n: "For the better good."

~Later~

Katsuki: "Die, you damn plaque!"

Mitsuki: "It's to early for screaming in this house."

Knocking.

Mitsuki: "Hello?"

Y/n: "Good morning, Mrs. Bakugo. Mr. Bakugo. I'm Todoroki Y/n. I'm one of Bakugo's friends. This is Hitoshi Shinso. He's also our friend. We're here because Katsuki invited us over. Thank you for your hospitality!"

Mitsuki: "How polite! Katsuki, why didn't you tell me about your friends!"

Katsuki: "Because they weren't supposed to be here for another hour. Did your quote father not leave early enough?"

Y/n: "Nah, I left when Shoto did. He's visiting Rei."

Shinso: "Ray, she's your bio-mom right?"

Y/n: "Yeah but we don't have that close of a bond since she wasn't able to be their for most of my life so we weren able to form that conncection. Moving on who's ready for a sleep over! Unlike my twin I can cook a virety of meals. Who's ready for some Soul Food?"

Hitoshi: "Will you never throw shade?"

Y/n: "Is it shade if it's the truth?"

Katsuki: "Let's just get started the sooner we eat the sooner we game."
