3.4m likes MAMA: Han will be attending and performing as the headline act for this year's Mama! This is his 7th consecutive year performing after winning Rookie of the Year after his debut, and we're excited to see what he has in store for us this time!
The weeks leading up to Mama were stressful, Han was constantly in meetings working on his set list, set design, and concept. He had continually tried stepping up his game every year he performed at the award show and it being his 7th year performing felt like he had to show something incredible. When someone came up to him with the idea of a maniac concept he instantly fell in love. Every year he worked hours on small details like his own styling, and even the lighting, working tirelessly to the point he became transfixed in making the stage perfect. Sometimes his obsession for perfection heightened his anxiety and had him holed in the studio for days, barely even being able to make it home from the studio at night.
As it was Minho's first time being with Han as he prepared for Mama he hadn't quite expected how involved he was. Most artists he knew let their company plan the whole thing and would simply just learn the dance, but seeing how obsessed and passionate Jisung became made him happy. Although Felix complained about how this happened every year and that Ji was a weirdo, Minho just let him do his thing, occasionally even helping him brainstorm ideas for the performance. When Jisung's practices started up Minho would even offer to meet up with him after his classes to run through it and get extra practice, which secretly he did to make sure Han was taking care of himself properly. But he also found himself looking forward the most to getting to dance with his idol each night, he always felt like he learned something new. Sooner than later the weeks rolled around and they were on their way to Japan.
"I'm so glad you're here with me," Jisung looked over at Minho who was staring out the round airplane window. The couple, staff crew, dancers, and Felix accompanied by Changbin were flying in a private jet to Tokyo from Seoul. Minho was ecstatic as it was his first time outside the country.
"Me too Jagi," He gave Jisung a soft smile shared only between lovers, "I can't believe I get to go to Japan, I've for real been dreaming about this since I was a child." Minho's eyes sparkled as he talked and Jisung couldn't help but coo.
"Aww baby I'm glad I get to experience it with you. I love Japan, it's definitely one of my favorite places I've visited." Of course, Jisung has traveled all around the globe from all his tours, but he wouldn't call himself quite the explorer. Whenever he was on tour he tended to stay in the hotel secluded from everyone, trying to rest up before his concert or work on music. Luckily whenever Felix had the time to come with him he always dragged him out to go exploring the new places, occasionally finding a club to "See if the men tasted different in other countries," as Felix liked to say. However, whenever he was in Japan, which was more often than you'd think due to him having a huge fan base there, he tried his best to get outside the hotel room.
