Jisung and Minho were going on dates or seeing each other almost every day, Jisung was still seeing his therapist but his appointments had been cut down to once a week, and overall life was so much better. During his free time, Jisung even began writing and recording again by himself, and he had forgotten how fun it was to write for himself. His music felt more genuine and he was able to let out all his stress onto paper. He talked about the hardships he had gone through, his pain and stress, his loathing and longing. He wrote about Minho, his love, how he had missed him for so many months, and how they were beating all odds. In a matter of no time, Jisung had compiled a group of songs that perfectly showcased his feelings and months of hiatus and he realized he wanted his fans to know his truth. He didn't want to be an idol who hid everything and always acted perfect anymore, he was going to be real and if he messed it up and looked dumb he would laugh it off and run to Minho for comfort. So, with his new plan, he marched into his managing meeting as if he were the boss.
"I want to release an album no one has ever seen before, I've made a couple of songs that describe the truth of my hardships and relationships and feelings. I want to show my fans the truth. With that, I want to be open about Minho and I's relationship, I want to come out and be a shining beacon. I no longer care about the hate or 'ruining my career', I'm ready for anything." The entire meeting room was silent until a small voice spoke up from the corner of the table.
"I think its a great idea,"
"I think so too, the fans will love the authenticity."
"I'm not sure about the open relationship but if this is really what you want,"
A number of more agreements dashed around the room and Jisung felt happy. He was no longer scared and he knew this was right. Before a matter of days, he had meetings about how he would come back and how he would come out.
After a month Minho and Jisung's relationship had gone back to how it had been before but they both were happier than ever before, and Jisung's comeback preparation had been the quickest he ever had as most of his new songs were ballads. The morning of his album announcement and the end of his hiatus Jisung woke in Minho's arms. He smiled and curled into his boyfriend and thought about how nice it would be to be open about his love.

TheHan: Back and better than ever with my new album The Story. I thank you all for your patience, and for allowing me to take a break, my time away has allowed me to heal and learn things about myself I've never known.
