The morning light filtered through the curtains, casting a warm glow across my room.

I blinked groggily, the events of the previous night slowly coming back to me.

Sienna was still asleep beside me, her breathing steady and peaceful. I smiled, remembering the fun we had at the party.

Careful not to wake her, I slipped out of bed and tiptoed to the bathroom to freshen up.

The house was unusually quiet, a stark contrast to the lively atmosphere of the party.

As I washed my face, I thought about the conversations I had with Enzo, replaying them in my mind.

I headed downstairs to find something to eat, the aroma of coffee greeting me as I entered the kitchen.

To my surprise, Enzo was already there, sipping a mug of coffee and scrolling through his phone.

He looked up as I walked in, a smile spreading across his face.

"Hey, Evie," he greeted, his voice warm and friendly. "Sleep well?"

"Hey," I replied, feeling a bit shy. "Uhm, yeah, I did. You?"

"Like a baby," he said with a chuckle, setting his phone aside. "Your brother snores, though."

I laughed, grabbing a mug and pouring myself some coffee. "Tell me about it. I've had to deal with it my whole life."

We chatted casually as we prepared breakfast, the comfortable ease of our conversation from last night carrying over into the morning.

It felt nice, having this moment of normalcy after such an eventful night.

As we sat down to eat, Reece stumbled into the kitchen, looking disheveled but cheerful. "Morning, you two," he mumbled, heading straight for the coffee pot.

"Morning," we echoed, watching as he poured himself a generous cup of coffee.

Reece joined us at the table, a grin spreading across his face as he looked at Enzo and me. "So, what's the plan for today?"

"I was thinking we could all hang out, maybe do something chill," I suggested, glancing at Enzo to see if he had any ideas.

"How about we go to the beach for a swim?" Enzo suggested, his eyes lighting up at the idea. "The weather's perfect for it."

"Sounds perfect," Reece agreed. "Let's get Sienna and head out."

After finishing breakfast, I went back upstairs to wake Sienna.

She stirred as I gently shook her shoulder, mumbling something incoherent before finally opening her eyes.

"Morning," I said with a smile. "Ready to get up? We're going to the beach."

Sienna groaned but sat up, stretching and yawning. "Do I have to?" she teased, but there was a smile on her face.

"Come on, sleepyhead. You don't want to miss out on the fun," I said, grabbing some clothes from my closet and tossing her a clean shirt.

"Alright, alright," she said, laughing as she got out of bed. "I'm up."

We quickly got dressed and packed our beach bags, then headed downstairs to find Reece and Enzo waiting for us.

The drive to the beach was filled with laughter and anticipation, the excitement of the day ahead palpable.

When we arrived, the sight of the sparkling ocean and golden sand greeted us, the salty breeze instantly lifting our spirits.
