Jimin groaned as he struggled to gather himself up, his body wracked with pain that seemed to electrify every nerve. Each movement sent fresh waves of agony coursing through his veins, making it nearly impossible to sit up. Just as his strength began to falter, a group of men barged into the room. Some of them quickly moved to assist him, their hands gentle but firm as they helped him into a more comfortable position.

"I think you should rest well, boy," an elderly voice spoke, cutting through the haze of pain and exhaustion clouding Jimin's mind. The familiarity of the voice made him look up swiftly, his eyes blinking rapidly as he tried to focus.

"S-senior Kim?" Jimin stuttered, his voice weak and hoarse, his eyes widening in disbelief. He blinked again, trying to clear the uneasiness from his face and get a better look at the older man who seemed so familiar.

The elder smiled kindly as he settled into a nearby chair. "Don't distress your body. You have narrowly escaped death, after all. Those wounds and burns on your skin are severe," the man said, his gaze deeply sympathetic as he watched Jimin slowly come to grips with his surroundings.

Reality crashed down on Jimin like a tidal wave. Memories of the recent horrors flooded his mind. His mother, the woman who had always stood by him, had been killed. Your daughter, so young and full of promise, was shot to death. His people were slaughtered, and his land was set ablaze. The realization hit him with the force of a hammer blow. Tears streamed down his face as he screamed out in a broken, hoarse voice, the raw sound echoing through the room. His body shook with the intensity of his grief, the sheer volume of his pain almost too much to bear.

"Mom!" Jimin screamed, squeezing his eyes shut as tears leaked through his eyelids. The pain was unbearable, each sob wracking his body as he remembered his mother’s unwavering support. Her laughter, her warmth, and the unconditional love and respect she had showered upon him throughout his life haunted his thoughts.

"It should have been me! I should have been killed! Not you!" he cried out, his voice cracking under the weight of his grief.

Elder Kim looked on with deep sympathy, understanding that no words could ease the young man's suffering. All he could offer was a silent presence, a steadfast support in Jimin's darkest hour.

Jimin’s face contorted in a series of cries, his anguish spilling over into guilt and regret for not being able to protect his loved ones. As his mind diverted to thoughts of Jungkook, rage consumed him. His vision turned red with a deep desire to eradicate Jungkook from existence and see him suffer.

"Jeon Jungkook! I won't spare him! I will kill him!" Jimin roared, pushing himself up from his resting place. His bandaged hands clenched into fists, the pain in his body momentarily forgotten in the heat of his anger.

"I will reveal myself and be the witness against Jungkook—"

"Are you sure you can carry out your revenge against Jeon after revealing yourself?" Mr. Kim interjected, his voice calm but firm as he observed Jimin's determination.
