Gompers, the goat, was baaing atop the rooftop of the Mystery Shack. Inside, Dipper, May, and Mabel were chatting as usual. Mabel is playfully sitting on a spinning globe.

"Mabel, do you believe in ghosts?" Dipper asked, his tone serious.

"I believe you're a big dork!" Mabel shot back with a laugh.  May laughed with her and jabbed Dipper with her screwdriver.  She was back to working on her "Reality Manipulating Goggles".

Dipper placed a pencil against the globe, causing Mabel to lose her balance and tumble off. At that moment, Stan entered from outside.

"Soos! Wendy!" he called out.

Soos came running up, panting. "What's up, Mr. Pines?"

"I'm headin' out. You two are gonna wash the bathrooms, right?" Stan said, glancing between them.

"Yes, sir!" Soos responded with a salute.

"Absolutely not!" Wendy responded with a similar gesture.

Stan chuckled. "Ha ha! You stay out of trouble!" With that, he exited.

As soon as Stan was gone, Wendy's smiled at Mabel, May, and Dipper. "Hey guys! What's this?" she said, unveiling a curtain to reveal a hidden ladder. "A secret ladder to the roof?"

Soos looked uneasy. "Uh, I don't think Mr. Pines would like that."

"Good thing he's not here!"  May jumped out of her seat and ran to the latter.

Wendy glanced at him, puzzled. "Huh?"

"Uhhhhh," Soos stammered.

"Huh?" Wendy repeated, more insistently.

"You're freaking me out, dude!" Soos finally admitted.

Ignoring Soos, Dipper turned to Wendy. "Can we actually go up there?"

"Sure we can! Roof time! Roof time!" Wendy cheered.

"Roof time! Roof time!" The three kids echoed enthusiastically.

Soos peered out the window, looking even more anxious. "Uhhhh."

Ignoring his hesitation, Dipper, Mabel, May, and Wendy climbed the ladder and stepped out onto the roof, heading towards Wendy's usual spot.

"Alright, check it out!" Wendy announced proudly.

"Look! There's Toby Determined,"  May paused and squinted, "running around shirtless by a leaky fire hydrant with a unicorn floaty?" She rubbed her eyes aggressively, "I'm never going to be able to unsee that."

"Woah!" Dipper and Mabel exclaimed in unison, awestruck.

"Did you put all this stuff up here?" Dipper asked, admiring the setup.

"I may or may not sneak up here during work, all the time, every day," Wendy admitted with a playful grin. She picked up a pine cone and threw it, hitting a target on a totem pole with precision. "Yes!"

"Cool!" Dipper said, clearly impressed.

"Me first!" Mabel shouted, grabbing a pine cone.

All four of them started throwing pine cones, enjoying the rooftop game. Suddenly, Dipper's pine cone hit a car, setting off the alarm. He blushed with embarrassment.

"Jackpot! High five," Wendy said, holding up her hand. "... Don't leave me hangin'."

Dipper and Wendy high-fived, which only made Dipper blush harder.

They continued with the game, and Mabel ended up hitting the target seven times, Dipper none, and May kept accidently hitting birds.  She also hit Toby a few times.   Suddenly, Wendy perked up. "Oh hey, it's my friends!"
