The Shop

Students fill the hallways either going to or coming from the Colosseum. Students practically push past each other, especially with the increased number of students with the other Huntsman academies onsite. The view from one of the open dorms shows the sun is about to start setting as a gentle pink and orange hue fills the sky. But in one of the many rooms specifically the one occupied by Teams RWBY and GNDM, Weiss has had a shower removing all the soot from her skin and clothes as she lays in her bed with the other members of the room sitting around looking around at an annoyed Yang. 

Yang: I thought we were going out tonight?!

Ruby, Weiss, Blake and Wolf were currently playing verbal tennis as their heads swapped from the two participants of the conversation. Y/N stands opposite Yang as he tries to explain what he is doing.

Y/N: I was going to take you all out but I decided to put that off until Weiss had recovered her Aura.

The spectator's heads swing back to Yang. It wasn't looking good for Y/N he had his car keys in his hands while he was trying to say that he wasn't going anywhere.

Yang: Then why do you have your keys?! I better not hear about another girl!

Y/N: It's nothing like that Sekai and I are going to Vale because he wants to talk to me about something. 

Yang: Then what does he want to talk about?

The spectators are all now looking at Y/N looking for an answer they are all too deep now to back out. Ruby pulls out a bag of chips before taking one out and crunching causing everyone to look at her before Weiss reaches up and snatches the bag from her. After a few more seconds of silence, Y/N sighs.

Y/N: No he didn't say exactly what he wanted to talk about but it seemed important and while we are in Vale I am going to look into something that Ozpin had asked me to look into.

Yang's expression changed as she went from annoyed to upset with a little understanding.

Yang: Gundam work?

Y/N: Yeah...

Yang rubs her arm before looking at the floor. Y/N walks towards her unsure of what to do with his hands.

Y/N: Look this weekend we'll go out it's only three days till Saturday and who knows you might have won the whole thing the singles round starts tomorrow. 

Yang: Yeah just know that I'm going to eat like it's free. 

Yang looks back up at Y/N and smirks before giving him a light peck on the cheek.

Yang: Go we wouldn't want to keep Sekai waiting.

Yang pushes Y/N towards the door before he looks at Wolf and gestures with his head causing Wolf to jump up and out of the room behind his master. 

Blake: I think we should give him some space.

Ruby: What do you mean? 

Blake swings her legs over the side of the bed to look at her teammates.

Blake: He's been thrust into a position of responsibility far beyond anything any of us could understand. So we need to remember he isn't just a student anymore he's Gundam Barbatos the 8th crowned Gundam. 

Weiss: But he's also our friend he needs to know he can count on us. 

Weiss coughs after her input.

Yang: That's the reason he was gone a lot before the festival.

Ruby, Blake and Weiss look at her confused.
