Standing in the door way was the latino dream as all they men would say down at the club. Mimi was looking beautiful as ever and she looked a lot better than when she had left. “Hey..sorry I had come in because I thought someone was here.” She said softly.

“It's alright, I'm glad you came by.” Mimi said gently before sitting on the bed next to Kristin. “Mark will be happy to see you, he's been talking about seeing the show since you sent the tickets and said this was your last stop.” Kristin smiled a childish smile as if she was five and was told she was going to Disney World.

“Really?” She asked happily.

“Really. We're all excited and glad you want us to be there. Though, I'll admit, it'll be fun to see Joann the lawyer who can't handle noise be front row center.” Both girls giggled at the thought.

“That's true. I just hope nobody is mad that only you and Dad got the back stage passes.” Kris said gently.

“Nope, they all understand. Besides, Maureen is hoping your concerts get wild.” Mimi gave a loving smile. “I just know your letter to me made me wonder what's up with tonight's show.”

Kristin gave a small smile before showing her forearm. The tattoo still looked fresh and she looked at Mimi. “He should have been here too. I want to give him a special shout out at the end of my show. I was hoping you'd join me?”

“How?” Mimi asked.

“I want to sing his song in the magnitude it should be sang. It's a one time performance and I want to give the whole story here as to why so much of the merch is red.”

Mimi covered her mouth with her hand and tears fell from her eyes as she nodded slowly. “I'd love to.” She whispered.

“Thank you.” They hugged and just sat in silence, looking around. So much had happened in this one loft. Love bloomed, pain was shared, and everyone learned how lucky they were. Kristin missed it, but at the same time, she was glad she was away from here. She was living the way she wanted, sure it was still month to month at times, but it was better than she would have ever imagined.

“Mimi?” Mark's voice rang throughout the loft. “Mimi are you back yet? We need to get ready, Kris's show-”

“Starts in like five hours.” Kris said with a laugh as the filmmaker came into view. “Hey, Daddy.”

“Hey.” Mark said, smiling. “What are you doing here? I thought you'd be warming up and I was hoping to surprise you.”

“I'm supposed to be but I wanted to come here first.” Kristin explained.

“Does CC know?”

“He did once I got here. He understands my reasoning as long as I do get there soon. I need hair and make up done.”

“Can you wait just a few moments? It won't take me long.” Mimi said and Kristin nodded. They both left the room and Kristin sat in the chair Roger used to claim as his own. It had only been a short thirty minutes before they were at the arena.

“Kris! What were you doing running off like that? You had me scared!” Jade greeted.

“Calm down, I'm fine and CC knew where I was. If I was in any danger I would have called.” Kris said before walking into the place and taking her spot on the stage. Everyone was already warming up and Kris got started with her vocal warm ups. Mimi was then brought on stage as they practiced 'Your Eyes' for the first time with everyone together. The mic was placed in it's stand and Kristin grabbed Roger's acoustic guitar that she kept on her at all times. She wanted to cry, but yet she wanted to smile. It was going to take a lot out of her to not cry, but the song was going to be sang. She had given the speech about why her tattoo was so special to the fans who asked, but tonight was going to be the big reveal. It felt right to do it here in New York. “That was awesome, everyone.” She said with a smile and jumped off stage.
