The kiss stunned me a little. Of course I kissed him back, but damn! I've never seen Xavier so willing.

I gripped his waist to keep his rocking hips in place while also deepening the kiss. His neediness was making me so fucking hard. We had to stop or I'd fuck him on this pretty, little couch.

While softly holding his throat, I slowly removed our lips from one another. "We need to stop, baby." I panted out.

Xavier only whined before attempting to get up. I held his hips a little more firmly.

"What?" He asked, "You said we should stop."

His tone was full of sass, but his face looked a little saddened. Oh lord. "So we can clean up and move somewhere that's not your 'nice couch'." I said while rolling my eyes at his annoyed face.

He sighed and stood up stretching with both food boxes in hand. I watched him walk towards the kitchen. He got so much ass oh my lord. OTHER PEOPLE GET TO SEE THAT??? I almost shed a tear at the thought.

"You gon get up, or stare at my ass all damn day?" I like both options! I stoop up and immediately wrapped my arms around his waist to grabbed his ass.

"Lead the way, pa." Xay chuckled in response.

He opened up the door to his bedroom and walked me over to his bed.

"Ian gon lie Jayce, I'm hella tired right now." He wasn't even looking at me when he spoke. His eyes kept wondering all over the room. He began to walk towards his closet, "I'm sorry for making you run around the city with me."

"It's okay Xavier." I smiled, but his back was still turned.  "Xay? Xavier did you even hear me?" He continued to look through shelves of folded clothes.

I decided to stand up and get his attention. His body went stiff when I placed my head on his left shoulder. "I feel like you're trying to hide in some invisible box, and hide from the world. You know you can't hide from me, pa, so why you being so distant?" He kept his head down and placed the black shirt back in its previous position.

"I'm just not in the mood for allat right now. We can't just go to bed?" His voice raised an octave around that last part. I could tell he was becoming frustrated.

"No. Talk to me."

Xavier pushed past me and stomped into another door.
Nigga got an attitude for what? I tried to follow behind him, but he fast as hell.

He finna piss me the fuck off.

"Bru—Xavier open this door." I knocked a couple of times before huffing in annoyance. "Open the fucking door." I heard some water turn on, and decided to just wait for him. Impatiently.

My phone started ringing out of no where. I glanced over to see who was calling; it was my dad.

"Hola señor?" I tried my best to not sound as annoyed as I felt.

There was some shuffling in the background before my dad finally spoke, "Your brother. He—he's being sent back to the ICU. They said his heart has become unstable again. I—we—um, we don't think—"

"Don't say that shit." There were already tears forming, but I quickly wiped them off. I have to be strong for my family.

"Hijo..." His voice was softer, laced with compassion. "I know how close you and your brother are, so you don't have to be so crass." He let out a long sigh. "Just make sure you come and see him."

"Of course."

My dad hung up after that. I slid my hand down my face and gathered my hair to the side. My night is fucking ruined.
