Without you.
So soon, I know, right
But baby, you're my northern lights
My smile
The beat in my chest
The sound of your voice that allows my body to rest.
The touch I wanna feel every damn day.
The swell of sadness when you drive away,
In my heart, I'll know one day
I love you will slip from our lips
As we stare into one another souls
Through eyes glassy like a window
But for now, as we grow, closer to the stars.
So afraid to fall, simply out of fear.
I will settle knowing you are near.
Simply to hear
