It was Friday today, beomgyu took a sick leave even though he wasn't sick,yeonjun was on work, beomgyu thought about surprising yeonjun today since it was their anniversary date.. he didn't expect yeonjun to be late though..way too late...he waited and waited, to the point he slept while waiting and the food he cooked was cold he woke up to the sound of a bell at 4 in the morning..he groaned before making his way downstairs, he opened the door to an angry yeonjun "why'd you take time in opening the door?!"
"Do you even know what today is?!"
"Fucking Friday 9th June?" Yeonjun came inside and noticed the lit candles And well made food, the rose petals in a shape of a heart, trailing up towards their room, "your unbelievable.." beomgyu slammed the front door and made his way towards the kitchen, he hid behind the counter and crossed his arms, yeonjun entered behind him and noticed the text that was made by black rose petals,

Yeonjuns heart clenched, how could he forget the most important date..? I saw beomgyu sitting on the floor behind the counter and his eyes immediately softened, he's done for..
Yeonjun pulled beomgyu up by his arms, beomgyu got up but he wouldn't look into yeonjuns eyes, he wouldn't even look at him "I'm sorry I'm seriously so sorry..beomgyu I beg for your forgiveness.." beomgyu still wasnt looking at him even if yeonjun would move his face towards him
"Do you want some chocolates? I'll order them.." beomgyu took a deep breath and looked away, yeonjun understood that wasn't it, "I'll go buy them !" Beomgyu rolled his eyes "what do you want? Tell me I'll go get it !" Yeonjun said making beomgyu snap
"I want love and care! Can you buy that?! No yeonjun love can't be bought by fucking chocolates or money..fucking arriving at 4 in the morning and snapping at me for not opening the door! I shouldn't have opened it! I should've let'n you freeze to death outside! If you can't give me love and care then I don't need you..go find someone else...screw this anniversary shit I wasted my time on.. "
Beomgyu messed up the text that was written by pedals and pushed Yeonjun aside before leaving the kitchen, yeonjun realized how much he hurt the younger..he felt like crying, he made his way outside and noticed the food still on the table, he reheated each one of the food and then took a seat before he started eating, beomgyu came down after a while and saw yeonjun eating..he did feel hungry but he also felt guilty of telling yeonjun he basically needed a divorce
He sat Infront of yeonjun and also started eating, he kept glancing at yeonjun but noticed how yeonjun wouldn't even look up at him once..after the two were done eating yeonjun washed the dishes and beomgyu just had a pout on his face..
"Y-yeon-" yeonjun left before beomgyus could say anything, beomgyu sat on the stool near the counter and pouted..he shouldn't have asked for a divorce, yeonjun came back after a while with some papers in his hand, he placed them Infront of beomgyu without even looking at beomgyu he spoke "these are divorce papers..like you requested..I'll sign after you.." beomgyu widened his eyes as he saw yeonjuns thumb print already on it, his breath hitched as he tried saying something but nothing came out,
"J-junnie..i-i- was.." yeonjun stepped back "I'm sorry I couldn't take well care of you..couldn't provide you much attention and protection.." he said wiping the tear that fell off, he smilled painfully,
And that hurt beomgyu
