Jungkook POV

The alarm from my phone wake me up, I get off the bed and went to do my morning routine. I need to go office early as I have to go to the venue of today's event. It's an yearly gathering of many ceos, models and actors. Yoongi hyung is also coming today. I'll see him after almost a year.

After an hour I get ready for today, took my car key as I don't ride the bike anymore.

I went out and drive to the company, upon arrival there was people rushing around as someone bump with me. I quickly hold the person and it was dino.

DN: jungkook, Thank go you came, boss is looking for you, you need to go to the airport to receive our VIP guest.

JK: b-but

Before i could deny he walk away, i think I'll just talk to minjae Hyung. I went to his cabin, the door was already open so enter.

JK: sir.

MJ: jungkookie, my saviour, you need to rush to the airport to pick up our VVIP guest.

JK: and who is this?

MJ: I don't know man, my dad told that he'll arrive in 2 hour, so please.

JK: b-but hyung, i ca-can't go to the a-airport.

MJ: what n- oh yeah, I'm so sorry kook. Don't worry I'll just send lisa. Then Can you go to the venue now? I'll arrive there in an hour.

JK: of course hyung.

I walk out and start walking toward the parking lot. The reason I can't go to the airport is my fear, the last time I saw taehyung was in the airport, after he left , every month I'll go there and wait for him, wishing that he'll come out the door one day. But now I'm scared if I go there and if I see him, I'll lose myself.

After 30 mins of driving I reach the venue, I got off the car and start inspecting everything. Everything needs to be perfect and beautifully decorated.

I wait for guests arrival and soon people starts coming. When my boss arrive i walk to him.

JK: everything is going fine sir, just enjoy the party.

MJ: thanks kook, you also enjoy the party, don't follow me around, and you're looking handsome kook.

I bow at him and thank him. He has been a big help for me. I sit on a chair and look around when I heard two girls were talking something.

G1: did you see, he's so handsome, I think I fell for him.

G2: oh please, he's famous for being rude to everyone, he's too arrogant.

G1: why not? He has every right to be arrogant. After all he's untouchable, I'll ask my dad to set a blind date with him.

G2: whatever.

Huh, they haven't seen my taehyung, they'll faint on the spot. That reminds me I haven't seen him in a while on TV, I wonder how's he doing there.

I was in my thoughts when someone approach me, I look at the person, he was quite handsome,

?? : hey why are you alone here? Everyone have company with them but you somewhat look sad.

JK: no no I'm fine, are you enjoying the party Mr..

?? :  I'm Park Soo-ha, and who is this cutie I'm talking with?

What? Cutie? I feel the cringe.

JK: Jeon jungkook.

SH: nice name, do you mind if I sit here, I'm kinda bored.

JK: no , please sit.

He sit beside me, maintaining a distance. I hope he's some pervert.

SH: so jungkook, what do you do?

JK: hmm i work for Lee Minjae, the host of this party.

SH: ahh I know him, he's a cool guy. But why are you alone?

JK: umm, attending this party is a part of my job and I don't know anyone here, so...

?? : so you don't know me huh?

I look at the voice, it's my Hyung, yoongi hyung. I stand up seeing him, he looks a little angry.

JK: hy-hyunh, i-

He hug me stopping me from saying anything.

YG: i missed you kook, how are you ?

JK: I'm fine hyung, I also missed you too.

SH: do you guys know eachother?

JK: yeah he's my older brother.

SH: but he's Min Yoongi and you're Jeon, how?

YG: I'm adopted, gotta problem?

SH: ahh no no sorry for asking.

After some minutes hyung left me to meet others leaving me with Park sooha.

SH: can I ask you something?

JK: sure

SH: umm don't think negatively but are you single?

Why is he suddenly asking that?

JK: y-yes, why ?

SH: you see, I'm int-

Before he could complete someone bump into me from behind and I feel a cold liquid wet my shirt.

JK: ahhhh shi- what?

I turn around but there's so many person, I can't blame anyone without knowing. I need to change,  the drink is sticky.

SH: hey are you okay? You need to change, come with me I've a spear shirt in my car, you can wear that.

I don't feel safe with any other men because of my past history. But I need get out of this cloth, can I trust him?

SH: listen I'm not some pervert okay? I've a reputition to maintain.

I nod and follow him to his car, it was back side of the venue, he gave me a shirt.

SH: you change inside the car, I'll wait outside.

He left the window mirror and close the door, i quickly change my clothes, the shirt was big for me but okay. I get off the car and was walking inside again but some catch my eyes, i saw a shiny thing on the road. I bend down to pick it up and my eyes widen as I see the locket. It's taehyung's.
