There was a little girl,
She was happy and healthy.
She love herself,
She loves her body.
Then that little girl hits puberty,
There were changes in her body.
But still she was healthy,
It's just that now she isn't too skinny.
And then she faced cruelty of this society,
She faced sugar coated body shaming.
They made her believe she was fat,
They made her hate her body.
Their words stuck in her head,
She started seeing herself as monster,
She wanted to be skinny again,
So she starved herself.
Her body was begging to be fed,
Her body was losing its strength,
Her body was cursing her,
Yet she didn't give in,
Because their words were running through her head.
