(CHAPTER TWENTY-THREE) the island of Eden (EPILOGUE)

November 22nd, 2010.

Dear diary.

my name is wally.

I was once a young, feeble man, trapped within the walls of humanity and with seemingly a simple and boring life path ahead of me.

but that path never came to me and never will, because my life has been changed in ways never before seen by anyone.

it all began within my old home, I was tired, I was bored, there was nothing for me to see.

until both a video and a website attached to it would lure me into what WOULD have been my resting place.

when I had reawoken from my slumber in my old bed, I found myself in a glass tube.

I was freed from my glass prison, but was then quickly threatened by someone I now recognise painfully.

The silloette, well, that's what I called her before we met face to face together, I'll get to that later however.

she lead me out of the room I awoke in and let me into a larger room with many other people who woke up here just like me.

I can barely remember all their names now..but I will still write them down so I don't completely forget them.

a few of them did help me reach up to where I am now after all.

now, let's see, I believe their names were..

Leo.

Bella.

Micheal.

Paula.

Bobby.

Ella.

Peter.

Pippa.

Terry.

Ivan

Samuel.

Gerald.

Natalie.

Tessa.

Sonny.

Raelynn.

Frankie.

Chloe.

..and lastly, my best friend, Freya.

I miss them all dearly, eventhough I wasn't attached to many of them, I just wished they didn't suffer the fates they did.

I still remember that very first incident with great pain.

Leo was attacked by a leaf-like beast with stretched-out wings under its arms.

as soon as it came in contact with his flesh, it became a splatter of green goo.

it would soon then coat his entire body and reform him completely.

by the time it was over, we all saw that Leo had been turned into a sapient leaf.

I thought there was simply no way on earth that the situation could get worse.

I was sorely mistaken when we realized Leo was getting his mind replaced.

his memories were fading, he was remembering about completely different events..

and soon enough, he was gone, in both body and mind.

this exact same process happened to everyone else here.
