~Peters pov~

Tony:Hey.
Peter:What?
Peter:Oh, umm..you're...
I trailed off at the end, knowing he doesn't really need my help and I'll probably just mess him up.

Tony:What?
Tony:Kid.
He said after I didn't respond.
Peter:It's nothing Mr.Stark.
Tony:Peter.
He said in a 'you better tell me' voice.

Peter:You, uhh...you should adjust that.
I showed him.
Peter:So it doesn't malfunction and catch on fire.

(I don't know anything about science stuff or engineering)

Tony:Thanks.

I let my head fall as I feel a smile tug at the corners of my mouth.
Just then Bruce walked in, and I look up as I hear the door open.

Tony:Hey Bruce, need something?
Bruce:Peter.
I get up and walk over to Bruce, not saying anything until I'm a foot in a half in front of him.
Peter:What's wrong?
I asked him as I walked with him out the door, only turning around to wave to Tony.
Bruce:It's Yn.

Peter:What happened, is she ok?
Peter:Is she dead??

Bruce gives me strange look, as we start walking to the MedBay.
Bruce:She's fine. She's just eating her hand.
Bruce:I just wanted to make sure she's ok.
Shit.
I just nodded in response.

Bruce:She was acting the same way the other day, except she was crying too. I was wondering if this was normal, or if there's something wrong. I thought I'd ask you first.
Peter:Yeah, she's fine.
I tell him as we get to the door of the MedBay.
Bruce opens the door and walks in, I follow not far behind.

Yn turns to Bruce and I.
She gets excited to see me.
She smiles and makes a cute noise before reaching out to me, her head in the crease of Bucky's arm, him trying to keep her in his lap so she doesn't fall.

I smile at her as I walk over.

Yn:Peter.
She says in a child like voice as she reaches for my face.
She tried really hard to make the 'R' sound and it was really cute.
I pick her up under her arms.
Peter:Hey princess.
I kiss her cheek making her giggle.

She starts drawing things with her finger on my shirt as I turn to Bucky.

Bucky:What's with her?
Peter:She has age regression.
I tell him.

Peter:It's where she goes into a smaller headspace.
Bruce:I heard of that, I just wanted to make sure.
Bucky:So she's a younger kid?
He asks seeming somewhat confused.
Peter:Basically.

Peter:Age regression is where someone goes into said headspace, making them act younger than they actually are. It's really easy to research, but that's the basics.
I explain.

Bruce:What's her normal headspace?
Peter:2 sometimes 3.
Bucky:Months?
Peter:Years. It depends why she went into headspace.

At that moment Steve just appears out of nowhere standing near the door.
Steve:What are you guys talking about?
I jumped seeing him.
Peter:Jesus, you scared me!

Yn laughs at me so I kiss her cheek.
Steve:What happened to your Peter ting-
Peter:Spidey senses.
I cut him off.

Peter:Yn has age regression.
Peter:It's where..-
Steve:I know what age regression is.

Bucky:How?

Steve:I researched it.
When we continued to stare at him he continued.

Steve:Because she was acting..
Bucky:Strange?
Steve:Yes.

Yn started tapping my shoulder.
I didn't realize right away cause sometimes she taps or hits me for no reason, even when she's not in headspace.
Yn:Petea.
Peter:What?
Yn:Out.
She tells as she points to the door behind Steve.
