Since you and the two boys didn't want your training to stretch into days and weeks, all of you decided to tirelessly speed-run the same repetitive routine. You all were running laps, doing pushups and dodging plates first thing in the morning. After that you had to go into your own separate training.

Tok Kasa shifted your training towards mastering your powers and improving your ability to focus. He explained that controlling your powers requires not just physical strength, but mental discipline as well.

To begin, Tok Kasa instructed you to sit in a comfortable position, closing your eyes and clearing your mind of all distractions. He guided you through a series of breathing exercises, helping you to relax and center yourself.

Once you were in a calm and focused state, Tok Kasa instructed you to visualize your powers as a stream of energy flowing through your body. With each breath, you concentrated on channeling that energy, directing it with precision and control.

At first, the task seemed hard. Your powers felt unpredictable and unruly, resisting your attempts to rein them in.

As the hours passed, you were now able to summon your force fields. With this small achievement, Tok Kasa led you to continue focusing on top of the Kang Kong cave where both BoBoiBoy and Gopal are currently in.

Trying to focus with the two boys screaming below was no easy feat. The echoes of their cries reverberated through the Kang Kong caves, making it challenging to concentrate on the task at hand.

"Really, Tok? Why do I have to train here? I can't focus," you said, irritated as you heard boy's screaming.

"Exactly," Tok Kasa replied, nodding. "In battles, it's rarely peaceful. You need to get used to noisy environments so you'll be ready for anything."

You sighed and closed your eyes, taking deep breaths in an attempt to block out the noise and center yourself. Despite your efforts, the panicked shouts of your friends continued to intrude upon your thoughts, pulling your focus away.

And with each scream, your frustration grew.

"I can't do it, Tok! I can't focus when all I hear are their screams," you complained with a groan.

Tok Kasa chuckled softly. "Remember, part of your training is to learn to focus despite distractions. In a real battle, there will always be chaos. Embrace the noise, and let it sharpen your concentration."

You deadpan at him but try your best to concentrate again. And just as you were about to find yourself concentrated and relaxed, the two boys' screams distracted you, breaking your focus.

An annoyed tick appeared on your forehead, your brows twitching as you crossed your arms. You could hear Tok Kasa laughing at your frustration.
