Morning sunlight filtered through the hospital room's window, casting a soft glow on Sathi's face. She stirred, the pain in her body making it difficult even to open her eyes. Slowly, she managed to blink them open, the room coming into blurry focus.

"Oh, you're awake," a familiar voice said softly.

Sathi turned her head slightly and saw her younger sister, Anaya, standing by her bedside. Beside her was Khushi, their faces a mix of relief and worry.

She tried to sit up, but a sharp pain in her abdomen forced her to lie back down. She winced, her hand instinctively moving to her belly.

"No need to get up. Just rest," Anaya said gently."You're safe," Khushi added, her tone soothing.

Sathi was too weak to move, but she managed to speak. "Why am I here? Who brought me here? Where's Ayaan?"

Khushi sighed deeply, taking a breath before answering. "The doctor said you were drugged dangerously. We found a bottle of poison and drugs in your bathroom. Your stomach was injured. Ayaan thought you tried to commit suicide. He's been trying to find all the footage, but there's no evidence to prove otherwise. It seems like you tried to kill yourself and the baby."

Sathi couldn't process everything at once.

She looked down at her bandaged abdomen, her eyes wide with horror.
"I... I didn't try to commit suicide. Why would I try to kill my baby and myself?"

Anaya's eyes filled with pain as she saw her sister's torment. "But your baby is no more. The child... the child didn't survive the injury."

Sathi's heart shattered at the words. A tear fell from her eye, quickly followed by more. "I didn't do such a thing. My child... my baby..."

Khushi couldn't hold back her tears either. She wrapped her arms around Sathi, holding her tightly.

"We trust you, Sathi. We know you wouldn't do this."Sathi sobbed into Khushi's shoulder, the loss and pain overwhelming her.

"Where's Ayaan? I want to tell him. I need to see him."

Anaya hesitated before answering. "He's not here. He decided not to see you for some time. He's in pain from losing the baby, and he believes that you tried to commit suicide."

Sathi's heart broke even more at hearing this. "No... no, he can't believe that. He has to know I would never..."

"We'll find a way to prove the truth," Khushi said, her voice filled with determination. "But right now, you need to rest and heal. We'll figure this out, Sathi. You're not alone."

Sathi's tears still flowing. She closed her eyes, feeling the weight of her grief and pain.

After a long time she was happy and decided to live to with the person whom she loved. She was about create her own family but now everything is shattered.

The morning sunlight was just beginning to warm the room when the door opened gently, revealing Sathi's parents.

Her mother, a resilient woman despite the deep sorrow in her eyes, carried a tray with breakfast. Her father followed closely behind, his face etched with pain and concern.

They approached Sathi's bed slowly. Seeing their daughter in such a fragile state, especially after the loss of her baby, was heartbreaking. Yet, her mother managed a small, encouraging smile as she placed the tray on the bedside table.

"Good morning, honey," her mother said softly, brushing a strand of hair away from Sathi's face. "I brought you some breakfast. You need to eat to get your strength back."
