Ademide's Pov.

"Oya, Ayo the envelope has dried, should I open it" I asked Ayomide.

"Bring it, let me open it myself because you are so clumsy, you might tear it" He replied irritatedly.

" Ay, did I do anything wrong?" I asked worriedly.

" No.. Nothing" he said

" Are you sure"?

" Yes, just open the goddamn letter"

"Oh okay"

Carefully I opened the envelope only to be met with a an A-4 paper that something was written on.

I opened it very well to get a closer look of its contents.

16, Okeado close, Off Badejo road.
Lagos, Nigeria.

First turning on your left. Do not inform anyone that you are coming
Come there and find me.

"Ahh, this is sounding so scary o. We can't go there. Let's show your parents so that they can know what to do" Ayomide suggested after I read out the letter.

"Why exactly are you talking like this, are you a baby. When I was thinking you would say we should go there and find out what exactly is happening" I hissed at him

" Go where! It's not me and you " Ayomide complained bitterly

" Ayomide please. Let's go , Nobody has to know. It will be a quick in and out situation " I said with a pout of my face .

I watched how reluctant he was for a couple of minutes before answering me.

" Okay fine but I am not still sure about this and on one condition "

" What? " I said with an eye roll.

" You will make sure to clear and tidy up your room before we go and immediately we sense danger we are evacuating the place immediately "

" I thought you said one condition " I teased.

" Ademide! " He muttered while glaring at me.

" I was just joking. Deal"

" Ayomide and Ademide, come downstairs food is ready o" My mummy screamed from the kitchen.

" That woman will just have hypertension if she just keeps screaming like that" Ayo said in a teasingly manner.

Being a very fat foodie, I rushed downstairs and almost tripped on the stairs.

I got to the dining table that was already set and met my daddy already seated.

" Daddy! " I squeaked immediately I noticed him.

" When did you get back" I questioned him .

" A couple of minutes ago. You were busy upstairs "

" Oh okay " I muttered in understanding .

" You these children, how many times have I told you not to lock the door when the both of you are in the room ehn" My mummy interjected.

"Mummy!" I grumbled.

"My friend will you let me talk" she scolded me while staring at Ayomide.

"Anything can happen. I'm just being conscious. I'm to young to be a grandmother o" she continued embarrassing me.

I glanced sideways only to see Ayomide looking downwards. The poor boy was probably embarrassed too.

"Dear, just leave them. They are not babies" My dad quickly rushed to my aid.
