Kurapikas POV

I can finally see the look on Y/Ns face when she figures out I can make her usual, but what I truly want is to ask her out on a date. I might sound crazy but I've seen the way she's been looking at me lately and I think she's interested in me, I'm not for sure. I was working with Gon still and it's been a week since I started working at the coffee shop, me and Gon were both drying the dishes. Leorio comes through the door with a big warm smile, "So how's the job so far?" He asks me sitting on the stool that he just installed a day ago, the stools were infront of the counter so costumers didn't have to stand and wait if its just grab and go, "I've been looking into the shop and I feel that it needs to be redesigned." Gon elbowed me in the arm, "You should totally practice your designing with the coffee shop." He suggested.
"Look I know that I said that that was one of my dream jobs but-" He shook his head, "But this is where you could start." I thought to myself, maybe he's right, "Leorio." He looked up at me, "I was wondering what if I could change the design of the coffee shop." Leorio sat for a moment in silence, "I'll get back to you on that." He gets up from the stool, "I need to go run some errands, I'll talk to you guys later." We said our glodbyeyes and watched him head out. "You see you got it." I looked at him confused, "That sounded and looked like a hard no." Gon smiled, "When he does that that just means he's gonna think about it." Y/N walks in as beautiful as always, "Don't even say a word Kurapika. Give me my usual." She barked, I just smirked and made her usual, before I handed it to her I gave it a "lucky" kiss making sure she was watching, "How cute." She teased.
She took a sip and she smacked her tongue to taste it better, "Not bad..not bad at all." I smiled at her and she smiles back, "So what's a man got to do to take a pretty young thing out to dinner?" I asked without thinking.
"I don't know, impress me." Well I'm an open book,I could impress her with many things. "I thought about switching to late hours." Y/N nodded her head, "You probably should, you're more of a night than a morning person." I grabbed a napkin and hand it to her, "There you go beautiful have a nice day." The things I say sometimes and the way she's looking at me right after, her face says it all. Gon tapped my shoulder, "You're gonna have to talk with Killua about this so you guys could possibly switch." He whispers in my ear. "I know I just want to be as close as possible." I whisper back, "I fear that you're talking mad shit on me so ima head out." She teased, "Oh yes we were, get her out of herere!" Gon boos, Y/N waves me over to come outside with her, I didn't hesitate I was following behind her.
We were both standing outside of the coffee shop and the sun was hitting her eyes making them glisten, "I just wanted to ask you for your number." Damn she's asking for the number? "I was gonna ask that i-" she cuts me off, "I know." We swap phones and she hugs me, "Bye have a good day at work." She smelled so good, I didn't want her to leave my side, "How about tonight we go out?" I ask her. "I have work tonight."  She reminded me, "Right...I knew that." I rubbed the back of my head as she looked at me.
"7:00 p.m?" She suggested, I was amazed that she was the one asking me these things, "But you work remember, "I know but I'd rather go out with you." Noted, "Alright, I'll pick you up around 7:20?" Y/N nods her head. We had to go our separate ways
