♡The special Latte pt 2♡

Kurapikas POV

   My alarm went off around 7:30 a.m so I could get ready to work my morning shift with Gon. Everything was going good until I found one of my Heydudes in the hallway chewed up, I picked it up and sighed, "Fang." I hollered for my dog, Fang came to me with his tail in-between his legs, "Look, you don't chew on my shoes that's bad." Fang sat on his butt and whimpered, "I know buddy." I gave him a little scratch behind his ears and then got up to throw the shoes away, those are pretty expensive shoes.
I quickly hopped in the shower, it was warm and soothing. Y/N was in my mind at the moment, the way she smiles, the way she walks, just everything about her was so perfect. She was like an angel sent from heaven above, I washed my body and finished my shower 20 minutes later. I wiped the mirror that was filled with fog, it was like a sauna in here. I grabbed the nearest towle that was hanging on the rack and dried myself off before putting my work clothes on, pink shirt and black pants, Leorio strictly said for me to wear these specific clothes so it could match the aprons to the coffee shop.
I opened the door to the coffee shop and saw Gon already behind the counter with his apron on, "Good morning Kurapika." He yawned, I walked behind the counter to grab my apron, "Good morning." I said back, I put on my apron and stretched, "You aren't a morning person huh?" Gon asked while grabbing a donut, "No not really." I tapped the counter, "So I have a list on when costumers show up so it's easier for our breaks." Gon pulls out a paper and it looked like a whole calendar, "Lovey Y/N comes in first around 8:00 a.m which the coffee shop actually opens." A smile krept on my face when I heard her name, "Ah. I see." I looked closely at the paper and seen that Y/N also works late hours, I thought to myself if maybe I should switch to late hours so I could be closer to her, I want to get to know her that is.
Gon saw that I was zoning out so he snapped his fingers in my face, "You listening?" He asked, I shook my head yes making myself listen up, "You were thinking about Y/N huh?" He asked amused, "No- I wasn't." I completely lied, "Mhmm." He chuckled. The door chimes and Y/N walks in, she was wearing a yellow sun dress and white heals and damn...did she look stunning. I leaned on the counter and my eyes fell completely on her, she walked up to the counter and sat her purse on it, "What can I get you?" I stared deeply in her eyes." She smiled and looked down, I couldn't tell how she was feeling, "I'd like to have my usual." She insisted, I looked at her then at Gon, I didn't know her "usual". "I'll be right with you darling." Finally I got a reaction out of her, she was blushing. I turned to Gon and asked him to make her usual cause I didn't know it and he laughed, "If you wanna score a date with Y/N you better get her coffee order down, I'll teach you when our shift is over." He whispered before grabbing a medium cup.
I went back over to the counter and watched as she looked around the coffee shop, she was admiring the painting in-between the windows, "your drink will be ready soon." I reassured her, she turns to me and gives me that same pretty smile, "So Mr. Kirapika, why aren't you making it?" She asked playfully, I poked my tongue to my cheek and looked away before smiling, "I know your usual trust me." I lied, I leaned down on the counter, her eyes met mine and she tilts her head, "Is that so?" She asked, we stared into each other's eyes before Gon sets her coffee in-between us, "Thank you Gon." She grabs her coffee but before she leaves she pulls me in by the collar of my shirt and whispers in my ear, "If you know it then next time make me my "usual."
She let's go of my shirt and backs away and smiles, I bit my lip watching her head out, I leaned over the counter more to get a better look and damn that sun dress was so tight around her ass I couldn't help but stare. Gon cleared his throat and I quickly looked at him, "So you weren't thinking about Y/N at all earlier?" I playfully roll my eyes at him, "Let's just finish our shift so I can figure out how to make her UsUal" I mimicked her voice and Gon laughs.
Our shift was almost over and there were 49 customers in total that came to order coffee, I was wiping down the tables while Gon was scraping the plates, "You know, I never really thought that I would be working here." I put the rag into the bin with the scrapped plates Gon stacked earlier, "Is that a bad or good thing?" Gon asked curiously.
He was sitting on the counter so I went over to join him, "Hmm, well I thought about looking into design." I thought to myself for a moment, "Ohh what kind of design?" Gon reaches over to close the case that was filled with donuts, "Interior." I blurted out, "It's just I want to design houses and that, you might think I'm weird but it's just som-"  Gon cut me off, "No its not weird thats actually pretty cool, imagine you could design the coffee shop."
I looked around and I liked how the coffee shop already looked, everything was in shape, nothing wrong. "I don't know how Leorio would feel." After my statement the door opens and Y/N walks in with a pretty pink blouse that was tucked in her black Jean shorts, "I know I'm early for my shift but I just wanted to check out how the new employee is doing." Could have she been thinking about me?
"I'm fine, thank you ma'am." I teased, she sat up on the counter with us but she was next to me, "How do you feel about Kurapika doing interior design?" Gon asked out of the blue, Y/N looks over at me up and down, "I could see that." She smiles, "It would be cool to design the coffee shop as well." Gon gasped, "That's what I saiddd." Us three laughed it off for a little before ranting on about different conversations.
Gon was taking off his apron behind the counter while I made sure the windows were clean, Y/N sits in one of the closest 0chairs to me, watching me clean the windows. "You know it's not polite to stare right?" I teased.
"Says the one that's been staring at me ever since we met." Ooo got me there. I shrugged it off, "Who wouldn't want to stare at a beautiful woman like you." That was smooth, she smiled, I love when I make her smile, "Thank you." I nod my head, "It's ture." I sat down in the chair across from her, "When did you start working here?" I asked, "Well I started coming here since it opened which I believe Leorio has told you." She clapsed her hands together,  "About a couple weeks in, I asked Lerio if he needed any other employees because Gon was only working morning shift and Killua was only working night shift." Killua? I don't belive we met, "Oh, so you didn't have any other jobs in mind?" She shook her head no, I nod my head.
We had some conversations going on before a guy comes into the coffee shop, he had white spikey hair and blue eyes. He walked to our table, "You must be Kurapika." He held out his hand for me to shake it, I shook his hand and smiled, "And you must be Killua, right?" He nodded his head, "Yes that's right." He crosses his arms and looks at Y/N then at me, "You know what I see? A good relationship that's bound to happen between you two." I looked over at Y/N and she hid her face in her hands and I smiled, "We are just friends." I reassured Killua, "Friends can turn into relationships to you know."
Our shift was finally way past over and me and Gon dipped while the others stayed to work and man that was a long day.
