"Don't forget to have the slips signed and bring them back on Monday."

Y/N walked with Logan out of the classroom and headed to their next class together.

Hours passed and Y/N was finally out of school. She sat on the stairs at the school's entrance and took her shoes off. Y/N wasn't going to take the bus.

That morning while she was at school, her father texted her to go home on her own because he had a lot of work. Y/N wondered how much work a librarian can have but then she remembered he was organising some event and she forgave him.

The girl is also supposed to pick up her ice skating stuff and go to practice. Something else Y/N can love is that cold sport. She is flexible and fast and she enjoys it. She feels powerful in some way whenever she is on the ice rink.

So, Y/N finished eating because the food was a priority, and she went up to her room. She changed into more comfortable clothes and put on warm socks so her feet wouldn't get cold while ice skating. Y/N then packed all her things, and she left her roller skates under her bed.

Y/N was now walking on the street when she heard someone calling her name. She turned to the person and saw Tyler trying to cross the street. Y/N stopped walking and waited for him.

"Hi," she greeted. "Where's Taylor?"

"Mechanics club," he simply answered.

"Oh. And... Why aren't you at baseball practice?" She asked.

"I didn't have today."

"Oh, ok."

"Yeah..." Tyler glanced at Y/N's bag. "Where are you going?"

"Mhm?" She directed her attention to her ice skating bag. "Oh, um, ice skating practice."

"And you are walking there?"

Y/N nodded. "I will never get tired of skating but I thought it would be weird if I took the roller skates to the ice skating rink."

Tyler chuckled and scratched the back of his neck. "Do you mind if I go with you? Taylor is going to take a while and she is most likely to get home alone either way."
