Chapter 9

Yoko's POV
After some minutes here on the bathroom, i finally went out. Buti nalang umuwi na si Faye. Ayoko na talagang makita pa 'yung pagmumukha non.

Hindi ba talaga ako ka gusto gusto? Do i have to sacrifice first? The lesson that i learned from my mistake, is to not trust people easily. Babawiin ko yung sinabi kong hindi ako naniniwala na playgirl s'ya. Kahit dare lang 'yon, masakit para sa 'kin. Binigay ko ng buo yung sarili ko which is i shouldn't do. But it's too late.

I gave myself to someone who's not worth for me. She's not worthy of me. Gusto ko isampal sa kanya 'yon. Sana isipin n'ya na gusto ko lang malaman n'ya. She's also a girl. But i think it's different.

Now i know her true personality. But now, i'm disappointed to Freen. She knew about the dare yet she didn't do anything to stop Faye from doing it.

I grab my phone and decided to chat my friends if we can all go out. I need someone right now.

they never failed to make me smile everyday talaga.

When i was about to drop my phone, someone messaged me

Because of Freen, i had to cancel our plan for today. I want to hear her out.

Time passed, Yoko has arrived to the destined place where Freen and Her was about to meet.

Yoko's POV
As i walk, i saw Freen. On the Bench. She roam her eyes and that's when she saw me walking.

She immediately stood up to come near me, and i gave her a fake smile. Ano pa bang maipapakita ko? Eh puro sakit lang yung naramdaman ko mula nung nalaman ko yung kanina

"Y-yo" -she said to me while stuttering

"Just explain Freen. I don't want to waste my time with this shitty" -i coldly said to her

"Hindi ako kasama sa Dare." -she stated

"That night, i tried to stop Faye from doing it. Alam ko na may gusto ka sa kanya, tingin mo palang malagkit na. I know i shouldn't said to her na you like her, pero that's the only way, only way para itigil n'ya. Yet she didn't listen to me. Look, Faye is our eldest sister in our band. I told her to stop that night, pero hindi n'ya ginawa" -she explained

"She cares about money not people. Would you believe me ba kapag sinabi ko na sinabi ko sa kanya na kapag hindi n'ya tinigil mag c-cut ties kami?" -she asked

"i don't know Freen. Dahil sa ginawa ng kaibigan n'yo, i don't if i should still trust anyone" -i answered

"Hindi ko s'ya pinansin kasi kahit ako na mother figure sa group namin hindi n'ya na rin pinakinggan. She's desperate when it comes to money. She's a playgirl. Kasalanan nila Engfa kung bakit naging ganito si Faye. Faye isn't like this. Yes, cold hearted person but with a soft side. Her laugh and smile has a limit. She doesn't talk about her feelings. Selfless and at the same time selfish. Sila ang may gawa kung bakit naging playgirl si Faye. Faye usually cares about people, but when Engfa came, everything has changed. She started to invalidate someone's feeling. Yung emotional intelligence n'ya, wala na. She really changed a lot and that's because of our toxic band mates. Kung hindi ko nalaman 'yon, you're probably broke right now" -she longly said and a tear that wants to escape to my eye earlier has finally released. I can't put my emotions in a right place right now. Sobrang sakit lang talaga lahat ng nangyayari

"Durog na durog na ako Freen." -i said to her.

"i know, that's why i chatted you to come here, it's a beautiful place, you know. Calming place." -she said to me

"t-thank you, Freen." -i thanked her and hugged her.

"you can go na, i just need some alone time. I need to release this heavy feelings" -i said to her and bid her a good bye

"take care!" -i said to her

"you too" -she replied
