Shinobu left the butterfly mansion for the Ubuyashiki Residence at 9 am for a Hashira meeting .
She had recently finished a mission nearby, but hadn't received any injuries.
She was a bit curious for today, since the masters letter said there would be some special announcement this meeting. She wondered if there were any major changes to the Demon Slayer Corps coming up.
After a while she reached the garden of the Mansion where their meeting would be held.
It was always so peaceful here, the garden was well kept and full of a variety of plants and flowers. The pond had a large number of Koi fish which added to its beauty.
When she arrived only Mitsuri, Tomioka san, Himejima san and Muichiro kun had arrived.
"Shinobu Chan!!" Mitsuri exclaimed as she saw her
"Hello everyone" Shinobu greeted the others
Muichiro turned around from staring at the clouds and said blankly "hello"
Himejima greeted her with his usual wordy Hello and proceeded to hope for her with good health and happiness. Shinobu replied back politely with a thankyou and that she was doing very well.
Tomioko merely looked at her and turned back to staring at the ground.
"Ara ara tomioka san, I see your as talkative as ever I see?" Shinobu said sarcastically
"..." Tomioka dint even bother reacting
Shinobu sighed as she gave a small knowing smile as she shook her head
Just as usual
"Shinobu chan how are you doing? How have ur missions been?" Mitsuri asked the first to make conversation
"Oh im doing just fine, I recently returned from my last mission, nothing too interesting." She replied
"What about you?" Shinobu asked
"SO GOOD, I just came here from eating SOO MANY sakura mochi! They were absolutely delicious! We should go together sometime, this one restaurant makes them just PERFECTLY."
"I see, of course, id love that." Shinobu replied
Just then Sanemi and Iguro arrived, followed by Tengen and Rengoku.
"Everyones finally here!" Mitsuri exclaimed
They all exchanged greetings (except Tomioka)
Everyones missions were going well, and no one seemed particularly injured and were in good health.
A few mins later 2 of the Ubuyashika Quintuplets appeared and announced the arrival of their Master.
The master spoke gracefully "Hello and Welcome my dear swordsman to another Hashira meeting."
As they all went bent down in a bow with respect, Himejima spoke to greet the master on behalf of everyone.
"Thankyou Gyomei, before we proceed to the regular session, Id like to make a special announcement, as I mentioned in the letter."
Small whispers of curiosity were heard from the hashira which soon dissolved when the master held up a finger to his mouth.
"Today, I am delighted and proud to introduce all of you an addition to the prestigious rank of Hashira, a 10th Pillar! I graciously welcome dear Akira, to our family."
The Hashiras eyes widened in shock, not expecting such a surprise from their master.
On que, Akira entered from the left side of the room and greeted the master with a bow.
"Thankyou Master, I promise to uphold this honour with the best of my abilities." She spoke respectfully
She turned to face the Hashira.
All eyes were on her, yet she dint seem at all nervous.
Shinobu and the other Hashira eyed her head to toe.
Like Tengen and Muichiro, she dint wear a haori.
Her uniform was tailored to be sleeveless on her left hand but long and fanned on the right.
Her hair was black with white ends and was tied in a small bun in the back, but some was let out in the back and in front as bangs.
Her eyes glinted red, expressionless.
Her feet were covered in a unique style of footwear (boots) but they suited her look quite well. Her standard sword by her left side indicated she was right handed.
Her pants had a yin yang symbol bear the belt.
Her posture was elegant and confident.
Her ears were studded with black earrings in the right ear and white ones in the right. (3 each, one dagger in the standard lobe, one stud in the upper lobe and one hoop on the helix)
She wore a black ring on her left ring finger and a silver one on her left pinky.
(Now thats a hashira level analysis)
As cool as she looked, she also had a beautiful face. Or thats at least what shinobu thought.
"My name is Akira Kimura and im honoured to be able to work alongside all of you." She greeted the Hashira with a small bow.
Himejima greeted her back om behalf of everyone.
She was met with smiles from Shinobu, Himejima, Tengen, Rengoku, and Mitsuri (quite wider than the others), blank stares from Tomioka and Muichiro and skeptical glances from Iguro and Obanai.
Akira glanced at the Ubuyashikis and then walked down to the Hashira, joining the line.
The meeting continued as normal.

SPECIAL - Each Hashiras Reaction to Akira!
Mitsuri- "SHE LOOKS SO COOOOOL, OMG I CANT BELIEVE THE NEW HASHIRA IS A GIRL! I hope we can be friends! I wonder if she likes sakura mochi too?!"
Tomioka - "Thank god its not another Shinazugawa or Iguro..."
Tengen- "She looks FLAMBOYANT! I like her!"
Rengoku- "She looks strong! I wonder what her breathing style is!?"
Shinazugawa- "She better not think shes better tyan everyone else"
Iguro- "whats with the several earrings and are those even sandals?"
Himejima- "she speaks respectfully, she seems nice."
Muichiro- "She seems nice, shes a sabre toothed tiger."
Shinobu- "Its nice to see another girl among the hashira, I wonder how shes like?"
