Taylor's POV
Once Me and Trinity get home we have showers and get ready before going to meet up with the other girls to have breakfast before we start getting on the bus and leave. Once we got to the stadium we went to the locker room first leaving our bags in there before we went out and started do pitch inspections. After that we went back to the locker room and changed into our kits then we went back out and started warming up. Once we finish finished warming up we went back to the locker room went over final tactics then we went out to sing anthems and handshake the Netherlands and refs.
Taylor's POV
Our starting 11 was Naeher, Fox, Davidson, Girma, Sonnet, Horan, Lavelle, Swanson, Rodman, Jordan, Smith then ref blew for kickoff. So we started kickoff I passed back Horan she passed to a few players before Smith finds Rodman who trivela into my path allowing me to fake left on my defender before shoot right making it 1-0 USA. After that Netherlands kicked off and scored the next three goals on the 25th, 35th, 45th minutes making 3-1 at halftime then Emma told us press more and stuff before we went back out there. After Netherlands kickoff they on the 55th meaning a brace for Viv and Jill so on the 60th minute I got the ball I see Trinity darting in the box so I pinged the ball at her so she can volley the ball in to make it 2-4 then we scored again on the 63rd minutes from a Trinity assist to Me who scored a worldie from out the box.
Taylor's POV
After the Netherlands kickoff they scored again through lieke then after we kicked off I got the ball spotted Trinity alone on the wing. I then whipped it to her she controls it perfectly before faking a defender right and shooting left curling it in. Then on the 80th minute I spotted Trinity in the box and crossed it to her to bicycle kick it in the goal. It's now draw 5-5 with 5 seconds of extra time left we got a corner so Trinity whipped it in and I jumped up 2 meters and bicycle kick the ball in making it 6-5 winning us the game because ref blew the for full time all my teammates jumped on me I got the MOTM.
Taylor's POV
After the girls got off me the coach told me and Trinity that they wanted us for a double interview so we both went there. Once we were there they asked us what do you's think of being the best duo in the world this season? Me and Trinity say are we because we are surely not that good our teammates are just as good. Next they asked us about the next games coming up against Spain and Canada? Me and Trinity say this team is ready for the next qualifying games coming up and nothing is gonna stop us. After that me and Trinity went back to the locker room and celebrated abit with the team before we went back to the hotel.
