days turned into weeks, Meghna began to feel a twinge of boredom creeping in. She loved being a part of Suriya's family and cherished every moment she spent with them. However, the thought of her education and the desire to utilize her skills nagged at her. She wanted to contribute more, to feel the thrill of a career she had worked so hard for.

One morning, as Suriya was getting ready for work, the decision solidified in Meghna's mind. She was going to apply for a job in an IT company. She watched Suriya as he stood by the mirror, fastening his watch. The soft morning light made his reflection glow, and Meghna felt a rush of love and nervousness.

"Sur... Suriya,"

she began tentatively, smoothing the bedsheets.Suriya turned to her, his brow furrowing slightly in concern.

"Yes, Meghna? Is everything okay?"

Meghna took a deep breath, her fingers fidgeting with the fabric of the bedsheet.

"I... I wanted to talk to you about something,"

she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

"I've been thinking... I don't want my education to go to waste. I want to apply for a job in an IT company."

Suriya's eyes softened with understanding. He walked over to her, taking her hands in his.

"Meghna, I was actually going to discuss this with you,"

he said, his voice warm and reassuring.

"I know how important your career is to you. You should absolutely apply for a job of your choice."

Meghna's heart skipped a beat at his words. Relief and excitement washed over her.

"Really? You think it's a good idea?"

she asked, her eyes wide with hope.

"Of course,"

Suriya replied, his thumb gently stroking her hand.

"I want you to be happy and fulfilled. We can make it work, no matter what."

Overwhelmed with joy, Meghna ruffled Suriya's hair playfully and dashed out of the room, her excitement bubbling over.

"Thank you, Suriya! You're the best!"

she called over her shoulder as she headed to the kitchen.

In the kitchen, Chithra was already busy preparing dosa batter. Meghna joined her, humming a cheerful tune as she helped set the table for breakfast.

"Good morning, Amma,"

Meghna greeted, her voice bright with enthusiasm. She moved to assist Chithra, deftly flipping a dosa on the griddle.

Chithra glanced at her daughter-in-law, a knowing smile playing on her lips.

"Good morning, dear. You're in a cheerful mood today. What's the reason behind your happiness?"
