(Not even gonna make an authors note. just gonna roll with it and start with a normal POV)

----
Amanda's POV.

"We're going to ask you one more time. Where is she?"

The tall, dark haired man towered over me next to a short, blonde haired girl. Since I'm almost six feet tall, I could have easily stood up and towered over him, but I couldn't.

Because the situation I was in at the moment required me being held down in a chair, tied up by ropes.

"Let me tell you this, idiot. I have known Angela since I was four. I am twenty three now, and I have never betrayed her, and I won't start now." I answered, staying calm. I looked over at Teegan, another one of my friends tied up beside me.

"Are you sure? We can put you in situations that will make you fess up and regret the decision you are making now." The blonde answered, in a teasing tone.

"I don't see why you're questioning us still. Its wasting your time. You could be trying to look for her yourself right this very moment, but no. You're choosing to be stuck here interrogating when you're not going to get an answer out of either one of our mouths," I explained, a sly smirk on my face. The man glared. I felt Teegan manage to slap my leg from under the table. I looked at her. The man and woman walked away to converse amongst themselves as Teegan looked back at me.

"We don't want them finding her at all! Why would you convince them to go look for her themselves?!" Teegan shouted at me in a whisper.

"Trust me," I answered, as I fiddled around, trying to get the ropes looser so I could move my hands more. Teegan watched closely.

I finally got the ropes loose enough to where I could maneuver them to my pocket.

I reached in and grabbed my pocket knife.

I thought back to the times Angela would always complain about me having my knife with on me everywhere I go.

"It's for defense if we get mugged," I would explain. She would usually just sigh and say fine and in the conversation there, but always came back and ask me why I would have it with me. When I lost my old one, she bought me this one from a souvenir shop, but still asked me why I had it on me at all times.

This, Angela, is why I keep have knife on me at all the times.

"The knife she bought you at the souvenir shop? Perfect," Teegan said. I smirked.

"Keep it with me everywhere I go. You?" I asked, referring to the beautiful necklace that Angela had bought Teegan a few years back. Teegan pointed her eyes down, and I looked at her neck. There, the beautiful heart necklace sat.

"Yup," She answered.

If only Angela were with us now.

Don't get me wrong. She's not dead.

I know she isn't dead.

I began to cut the ropes.

Any moment now.

"We've taken your advice. We'd rather search for her ourselves than get no answers from you," The man said, startling me to the point that I dropped my knife.

"Dang it," I said under my breath.

"Ta Ta for now!" The blonde squeaked, as the two walked out the door of our cell. I looked at the knife on the ground.

"Really, man?! I've had you for 4 years and after all we've been through, you're giving me this?!" I shouted, still looking at the knife.

"Um. Amanda? What happened to you being serious? Just a second ago you were getting us out of a problem and know you're yelling at a knife," Teegan said. I looked at her.

"Sorry."

Then the door opened.

And our best friend of 20 years rushed through the door, holding a pocket knife in hand. She smirked at us.

"Geez, guys. If you ever plan on operating a kidnapping routine, never put a blonde in charge of security. You can trick her just like that," She said, snapping her fingers and starting to cut Teegan loose.

"I thought you were dead!" Teegan said, getting up once she was done being cut free.

Our friend smirked again as she began cutting me free.

"I thought you were against pocket knives, huh?" I asked, smiling at her. She rolled her eyes.

"It's for defense," She answered, mocking me.

"Oh, and Teegan," She said, turning to Teegan after cutting me free.

"Have you forgotten? I can't die. I'm immortal. I'm everlasting."
