Tony - That formula controls people's minds. That's why she was trying to take us out!

Echo - At least, that's what she said.

Tony - You don't believe her?

Echo - Yesterday the gangsters were calling her "boss". Today she said she was mind-controlled, but she went right back to the gangsters!

Tony - But she's wearing my pin.

Cisco - Mind control, bro?! I believe in weather machines and aliens as much as anyone, but this sounds like a conspiracy theory.

Tony - This one is conspiracy fact.

Then Frostee what the formula can do to someone.

Frostee - Of course! I can't believe I didn't realize it before. Donut listened to me when he ran through the formula, and at my house the formula exploded and I ended up cleaning my room and the restaurant, and combing a bunch of doll hair. I mind-controlled myself!

Gary - Do you know what this means? Someone with this kind of power could bring forth an apocalyptic catastrophe like never before. A single puppet master capable of--

Echo - Stop! We get it, it's bad. We don't have time for a whole thing.

Tony - Guys, we gotta figure out who the ringleader is.

Gary - I think "puppet master" is more accurate...

Tony - Fine. Puppet master. Can you get aerial footage of the compound? Pulling it up now. Frostee, we need to know how this formula works.

Echo - If it works.

Tony - How long does it last? What happens when it's used?

Frostee - Ooh! Science experiment time.

Tony - Layla's going into the lion's den and she needs us.

Then Layla starts questioning Rocha.

Layla - You weren't at the warehouse or running security for the truck. Where were you?

Rocha - My job was to clear the streets. I did what I was supposed to! You better not try telling her this was my fault! What's wrong with you?

Layla - Nothin'.

Rocha - Get it together. You're explaining to the boss why her formula's gone.

Frostee - Okay, in order to test how this mind control formula works, we need a subject.

Cisco - Well, I don't believe in animal testing. Use me instead!

Frostee - No. We need someone who doesn't follow commands.
