.:Luis POV:.

'I remember what it was like to work at that studio, Joey Drew's Studio, it was a place of wonders, where dreams come true. I was an animator, right beside my friend Henry Stein, creating different scenarios for our little cartoon friend, our Devil Darling Bendy and his friends. And of course, Joey was the brains of the operation, who inspired us all "just a pencil and a dream" He always says. But as the years went by, things took a dark turn. I didn't notice it at first but when Henry told me he was leaving I was, of course, upset but he must have had his reasons. And that was when I noticed, Joey getting The Ink Machine, workers going missing, us being overworked and having to work late shifts, and Joey taking corners and shortcuts. After a few months of the torture, I had enough, and quit. Of course, Joey was not happy about my resignation but I couldn't stay any longer. After 30 years, that was when I had gotten....the letter.

.:30 years later, Still Luis POV:.

I was sitting on my couch at home watching some cartoons on my small tv, when I heard a noise at my door. Curious, I stood from my couch and walked over to my door to see an envelope that must have gotten slid under. I kneeled down to pick up the envelope, and stood up to open said envelope to see a piece of paper, it read:

'Dear Luis, It's seems like a lifetime since we worked on cartoons together, 30 years really slips away, doesn't it? If you're still in town, come visit the old workshop. There's something I need to show you. Your best pal' -Joey Drew

I was skeptical at first, thinking how the old studio would be still open but figured it wouldn't hurt to see the old workspace. So I went to my room, putting the letter away, then went to gather some items in a bookbag, you'll never know what you'll find there. I gathered all I needed, putting them in my bookbag and slinging it over my shoulder, then walked towards the front door. After putting my shoes on, I grab my keys then walk out the door before locking it, heading to my old car as the studio was a few blocks away.

Once I got there, I saw how run down the old place had gotten, stained wood and boarded up windows. I exited my old car before locking it, walking towards the studios front entrance. I took a deep breath, before grabbing the handle and turning it, surprised to find it unlocked. I pushed the door open, and it seems it hasn't been oiled as it creaked open slowly. I took another deep breath and took one step in, then another till I was past the door and didn't notice it closing behind me.

"Alright Joey, I'm here. Let's see if we can find what you wanted me to see"
