❥ MARINETTE'S POV

Well, that's not how I imagined it would happen.

While me, Pigsy and Tang finished packing everything up. A creature suddenly appeared and attacked us!

Now I was inside the van while that creature roared outside. I was hiding on top of the bunk since I didn't feel safe on the floor.

I feel the van shake, making me almost fall off the bunk, but I hold on.

- We have to do something! ―

[But what?! We don't even know what creature this is!!]

I heard Piáo Chóng sigh inside my mind probably because I was right. I look to the side, seeing Tikki and Plagg hugging each other, probably shaking with fear.

"Ah... AH! We're all going to die! WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE!" Tang shouted he then grabbed Pigsy's shoulders. "WE BOTH WERE NOT BUILT FOR THE PIGSY ACTION PART!"

"WE ARE MAXIMUM HELPERS AND YOU KNOW THAT!" Tang continued making me look at him indignantly: "EXCUSE ME?! But is it me??" She exclaimed.

Tang looks at her: "I'm sorry Mari but... We all know you're in no condition to fight!" Tang explains reminding me that I'm not in any condition to fight yet.

I puff out my cheeks angrily. Were they really worried about ME?! I'm the biggest heroine in Paris! I can handle anything... except...

"D-DON'T WAIT PIGSY! I-" I snapped out of my thoughts the moment I heard Tang's voice shouting. I look to the side only to see Pigsy grabbing Monkey King by the collar.

"Dangerous waking someone up from transcendental meditation. I know, I know!" Pigsy says before swinging Monkey King. "But whatever's out there is too!" But unfortunately the beast outside hits the van again causing everyone to fall.

I accidentally fell off the bunk and ended up in the middle of some suitcases. Tikki and Plagg look at me in horror before walking over to me and walking through the suitcases.

Tikki looked at me worriedly. "Marinette are you okay?!" I nod with difficulty. I try to move but I realize I'm stuck.

"Ahmm... I actually think I'm trapped." I say while trying to get out from under the bags. Tikki and Plagg even try to help, but their size makes it difficult.

Suddenly I am thrown away by a golden wave along with the suitcases. But thanks to that I finally managed to get out from under them.

As I looked around I realized that the Monkey King had woken up. But I found it strange because the way he woke up was different from the last time.

"AH! BACK MASTER!" Monkey King shouted striking a pose.

"Sun Wukong will take care of this demon!"

We all blinked as we stared at the Monkey King strangely. Because his behavior was stranger than normally.

He then kicked the door of the van causing it to fly. But as soon as we looked outside there were no demons left. "I think I must have scared him..." Monkey King mutters looking around.

"Master it's safe to leave now. You too piglet."

"Master?"

"PIGLET?!"

Monkey King groans: "Agh okay! Zhu Baije. Is it better?" He says with a shrug. "Uh... What's happening now?" Pigsy wondered as I looked over his shoulder.
