ESSENCE MARIE DEVORE
"Wakey Wakey bitch." a menacing voice said. "Omg... I can't believe you tried to get away from me Essence Baby, I thought we were better than this." the unknown person said faking a frown.
The unknown person burst into laughter shaking her head while standing over a chained up Essence. She glided a knife across her neck harshly enough to hurt but not enough to cut at least not deeply.
Essence awoke feeling dizzy... " What the fuck" she said taking in what was happening.
"What Essence? Don't do me like that aren't you happy to see me again?" Zamoras twin sister said sarcastically.
"Omg can someone get rid of this bitch" Essence said rolling her eyes.
Zamoras twin sister just laughed and spat on her. " You think shit a game Essence? I'm close, and when I find you It's over."
Essence woke up sweaty as hell and her heart was racing through her chest. These dreams where becoming more vivid and real as the days passed and even though she was getting better mentally the dreams didn't. It was something she has been struggling with.
Essence walked to the bathroom and rinsed her face off, trying to shake off the weird feeling the dream gave her.
She opened the cabinet in her restroom and seen all the pill bottles staring back at her... She just needed something to take it off of her mind... Shed been sober since she got here at least from pills a couple couldn't hurt right?
She grabbed the bottle and twisted off the top before pouring 4 xanax into her hand.
She hesitated... but she needed this. Or at least that's what she was trying to convince herself so she wouldn't feel the regret later.
She put her head back and almost started to motion the pills into her mouth but then a knock on the door make her stop in her tracks.
" Hey sis can we come in?" Dcode and Leilani said from outside of Essences door.
She couldn't let them find her like this.. She mad a promise to Dcode not to do anything other than weed... She didn't like disappointing anyone but it seemed like she just couldn't prevent it.
She threw the pills in the toilet and quickly closed the pill bottle stashing it where it once was.
" Yea come on in" she said relived.
" Hey sissy you okay?" Leilani said hugging Essence.
" Yea you straight lil sis?" Dcode said joining the hug.
