Present Time

Making her way down the white hallway Jiwon felt herself fidgeting.

All that she was told of was the fact that Soohyun had met with a car accident.

Turning into a corner, she met familiar faces she hadn't seen over the last four years. Yet she felt the warmth as soon as Soohyun's mother envelope her in her arms. The elder repeatedly apologised and thank her as she sobs in her arms. She wasn't sure what that was for.

They sat down as Soohyun's sister, calms the elder down.

"Omma, we should tell her." Ji Hyun prompted as her mother calmed. Jiwon patiently waited, letting the elder compose herself.

Before she could utter a word, a man Jiwon was familiar with exited the ward room in which she presumed to where Soohyun was.

"You came." Hae In gaped at Jiwon's presence. Jiwon merely stares back at the male she hadn't seen in a long time.

"How is he?" Ji Hyun asked.

Hae In approached them and heaved a sigh. With his hands in his pocket, his eyes that were on Ji Hyun just a second ago diverted back to meet Jiwon's.

"He's looking for you." He spoke with his eyes on hers.

Jiwon's eyebrows creased at that.

"He's been looking for you since the moment he woke up." He added.

Just as Jiwon was still confused by the current situation, she felt the elder's warm hands grabbing hold of hers.

Meeting the elder's eyes, she knew things were not right.
