Chapter Twenty Pt.2

Lachlan's P.O.V

"So am I. I'm going to Seto's house. While i'm gone, don't make a mess. I saw the food in the fridge." I said.

I glared at Mitch. I know about his little 'party'. He chuckled nervously. "Yeah.."

I knocked on the door. " Hello Lachlan! You come here everyday so you know what to do. By the way, when you come tomorrow, don't bother knocking. The door will he open so you can just come in." April said.

She smiled warmly and went to the kitchen.

"Thanks April!" I said. I walked to Seto's room and opened the door. Sometimes I don't bother to knock on his door. "Seto? You in here buddy?" I asked.

I closed the door behind me and went forward. "Yeah i'm here. Preston is healed but Vikk isn't fully healed.It might take a couple more days. I'm not quite sure." Seto said.

I sighed, I can't take a couple days. "Where are they?" I asked. He pointed to a room them continued to make a potion.

I'm not sure what the potion is or does, but I just ignored it.

I entered the doorless room and encountered Preston playing with a teddy bear.

"Hey Preston," I smirked. He turned to look at me and blushed.

He threw the teddy bear at Vikk and played it cool.

" Hey Lachy! Glad you came!" He said.

"Stop acting like you didn't play with the teddy bear. I saw everything." I smirked at him, and laughed.

He blushed furiously which only made me laugh harder.

"Fudge you!" He whispered an grabbed the Teddy bear from Vikk's sleeping face.

"Come on Cactus, lets go beat up Lachy" he stood up and stated at me.

I put my hands up, " I surrender! Please don't hurt me!" I joked.

Like Preston can take me on, i'm taller than him. Only person who can possibly take me down is Mitch.

He may be shorter than me by a bit, but the guy can throw a punch.

"Okay okay. Take me home, I don't live that far. I just live a couple blocks." I smiled but then frowned.

"What about Vikk?" "He'll be fine!" I shrugged and took Preston to his house. Surprisingly, it was huge.

You can almost fit a truck here! "Wow Preston! I didn't know you had a big house!" I said shocked.

"Well my parents were rich so we have two mansions. They have me this one!

They said I can allow people to live with me, but they also want me to keep it clean.

Just like any other parents." He replied. He gave me a tour around his house and even offered me a room to stay in.

I was amazed with his home but I couldn't leave my own. "So answer?"

"Sorry mate, I think I'll stay with my little home instead."

He understood and took a shower. "I'm going home now!" I shouted. "Okay! Bye!"

"Hey dudes i'm back!" I said as I walked in. I looked around the house for them. None of them were here except Tyler and Adam.

"Tyler, Adam, where did the rest of them go?" Tyler looked up from his phone for a second and quickly answered.

"At the bar." He went back to using his phone and then sighed.

"Lachlan they went home. Mitch, Jerome, and Rob left a note on the kitchen counter. I lied because I wanted to beat my game. I was at the last level and I died to fucking floating white head! I need to upgrade my cats.." He whispered the last few words.

"What the hell are you playing?"Adam asked.

"I'm playing BattleCats! It's addictive and challenging! Play it!" He shoved the phone to Adam's hands.

"I'm going to go get a sandwich." Tyler said and went to the kitchen. "Any news on Vikk or Preston yet?" Adam asked.

"Preston is healed. He's at his house, or should I say mansion! He's freak'in rich Adam!" I threw my hands in the air.

For an answer, he gave me a derp face. I giggled and went upstairs.

"GOODNIGHT!" Adam yelled. I changed into my pajamas and went to sleep.
